Love this place. Love the variety and the prices are great. I found this place after Elegabt beauty supply refused to do an exchange after they sold me an incorrect wig that was in the wrong packaging and labeled incorrectly. A review about that will be coming.

I found this store after a disappointing experience from a nearby competitor (that review is coming soon). I love this store. I love the selection and the service. I always walk out with a satisfied purchase.

I advise everyone not to shop at this store I’ve asked him can I use the restroom which I know they have one because every place of business needs to have a public bathroom for their customers they told me no I cannot use the bathroom so I was unable to shop there and I love I’ve been going there for years well maybe almost a year and I feel like they have no common courtesy for their customers and I will no longer shop here again

I’ve shopped here for years because I like the products they carry and accessibility of the items. I’ve stopped shopping at beauty supply stores in general due to the treatment of black people. I am a woman of color and yesterday, I went to purchase a wig. From the moment I entered the store, I felt unwelcomed and like I was being watched. And I was. I understand people steal, but you need to figure out a better way to protect your product. Making paying customers feel uncomfortable is not it.I was told I needed to purchase a wig cap, which I did. I’m trying on wigs when the woman owner rushes down accusing me of not buying a new wig cap. Wow! I was confused as to what she was talking about. Her employee who happens to be of color as well apologizes for her behavior. Finally, I decide on a wig. The employee brings it and places it down in front of me and leaves to assist someone else. I proceed to try on the wig to ensure it sits right because I’ve purchased a wig from that location that fitted differently from the one I tried on in the store. The employee stops me as I’m putting the wig on my head, saying I couldn’t try it on. Other customers were around.I understand rules, but there are ways to do things and that’s not it. Outline the rules from the beginning. And treat customers with professionalism and respect. I will not be shopping here any further. I literally went down the street to beauty exchange on Oakland park (between 64 and 60th in the Bravo plaza)and I purchased a wig without trying it at all. The rules were clear from the beginning and they respect their customers and employees.I refuse to enable these people’s behavior. Not with my dollars.

I was followed by an African American female store employee. I didn’t have a bag , wallet or purse just myself and cash in my hand. I was only in the store less than 10 minute. The fact that black women are predominantly there customers and they treat us like we are stealing. Will not be returning
