I spoke to the gentleman that I had a budget and could only spend x amount and he got me a great deal on a 5g phone exactly what I wanted to spend. I'm super happy and thanks again for doing his job expediently !

Took my grandson to Boost so he could buy a cellphone, he picked a cell n paid for Ins. Had to return a few weeks later because he dropped the cell n shattered the screen. The rep at the original boost location stated he would need to file a claim, she didn't have the form required to do so. She did give us a number to call for further instructions. This is going on a month now no replacement or any proper information. He has decided to leave Boost after filing claims 3 times because of inaccurate info. listed. Paying for ins deductible. Should I go on, I have never seen poor service n that's putting it mildly.

I went to pay off my phone and had only 2 months left and the guy was really good of doing that for me and that he also put my plan back to where i wanted it he was super nice i would recommend boost mobile to everyone

The Store manager is rude and they will lie to you about their inventory in order to sell you the most expensive phone, they promised me a case and screen guard but didn't have in stock, a week later they told me that offer wasn't good and that I didn't pay for it, so I shouldn't be mad even though their sales representative promise it in the sale, worse customer service ever
