ABSOLUTE WORST REPRESENTATION OF A LEGITIMATE COMPANY I'VE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. They literally tried to rip me off when I was in an already compromising situation. My phone have been stolen and I only had a limited amount of money to get a new one. The lady lied saying every phone I brought in was not compatible, three in as row...In order to force me to buy a new phone from them. When it finally did work and I professed to them... Fine what do you have for 180... They whispered to eachother, and already knowing my desperate position.. Bright or a phone on a consumer cellular box(government phone) and we're going to charge me 180 for it.... Not only that they weren't sure if it was going to work with their network and stated...." You have to give us the money before we try and if it doesn't work we will give it back to you" instead of the normal give me a working phone and then I pay you for it when I see it works. What were they trying to pull? I honestly think they were planning on keeping that money from me knowing the phone probably wouldn't work and they even threaten the color cops on me once I started to create a fuss which shows their regular routine of praying on people who are down. Boost. I would highly recommend you get these two off of your payroll. They are not only a misrepresentation of your brand.. But are literally scamming people in whom they believe they can get one over on. I may lose my job over this because it relied on my phone number... I'm going to go to a different boost store today and I'm sure I'll get much better response as these two try to exploit me in my position to get me to buy a measly phone from them. In fact that the experiences made me want to switch very quickly to Metro or somebody else because to believe that somebody can get away with this behavior is horrendous especially for company status like this.

Bad customer service and for that reason I went to the next metro where they treated me super nice and I switched to a plan with them thanks to the metro representative Kevin for knowing how to serve and not being rude like those from boos

I spoke to the gentleman that I had a budget and could only spend x amount and he got me a great deal on a 5g phone exactly what I wanted to spend. I'm super happy and thanks again for doing his job expediently !

Took my grandson to Boost so he could buy a cellphone, he picked a cell n paid for Ins. Had to return a few weeks later because he dropped the cell n shattered the screen. The rep at the original boost location stated he would need to file a claim, she didn't have the form required to do so. She did give us a number to call for further instructions. This is going on a month now no replacement or any proper information. He has decided to leave Boost after filing claims 3 times because of inaccurate info. listed. Paying for ins deductible. Should I go on, I have never seen poor service n that's putting it mildly.

I went to pay off my phone and had only 2 months left and the guy was really good of doing that for me and that he also put my plan back to where i wanted it he was super nice i would recommend boost mobile to everyone
