I pay $60 almost $70 for service and by 2 weeks I have no service and can't even load a message?

I spoke to the gentleman that I had a budget and could only spend x amount and he got me a great deal on a 5g phone exactly what I wanted to spend. I'm super happy and thanks again for doing his job expediently !
