“Fantastic service! From my first email inquiry, Michelle was courteous, professional, and prompt. She helped me get a refund from my previous US state of residence that had incorrectly continued to deduct taxes from my paycheck, thereby obligating me to file.
After discovering my previous tax preparer had been filing inaccurate returns for me during the past several years, followed by a completely disappointing experience due to unprofessional conduct by another local tax preparation firm, I was wary about approaching another tax firm, but Atlantic put me at ease and totally won me over with their follow-up and follow-through, getting me a full refund on my latest return and amending as far back as we could go to request refunds on those.
The fees Atlantic charges for their services are reasonable and well worth every penny. I felt like a "tax orphan" after firing my previous preparer and then getting ignored by a well-known company, but have happily found a new "tax home" with Atlantic and recommend them to absolutely everybody.

“Great !!, suni was recommended by a friend and I must say it was way more than I expected, I have dealt with a handful of not so good Tax reps, and he and his staff made them all a thing of the past, now I'm not the best to deal with when it comes to irs because my nerves take over, but he was patient all the 5 times I kept asking and following up, I wouldn't want to deal with me either lol to say the least , but sunny always and I mean alway returns my calls less than 30 minutes, giving details to what my questions are, now he might not be happy but I am cause he's stuck with me FOREVER!!!!! lol ? ? ?”

I called to schedule and appointment for my elderly father to come in and get his taxes done and help with the stimulus refund he didn't receive. John was great in getting helping us with the necessary paperwork, explaining things and submitting them. My dad received his refund in less than three weeks after his visit. And John was very nice to offer him a senior discount and called to check in when my dad took a bit longer than expected to arrive. He was genuinely worried about him.
