“My 2013 Audi A5 Convertible roof was not closing properly in the back. One repair place in Hollywood said it was the main console switch. $1,000 later, it still wasn’t working. I was then told it required a new switch and harness which would be $1,700. I took it to another European repair shop in Fort Lauderdale for a second opinion, and they told me to take it directly to Ray at Broward Tops, which I did.
In a matter of 15 minutes, Ray saved me an unnecessary $1,700 repair, and provided the diagnostic at no charge. The roof works, and I won’t have to eat boxed mac and cheese for the next six months to pay for it! Thank you, Ray!
