These guys are awesome. They literally have the best communication with me. I always know when my new prescriptions are about to be filled and if everything is correct with their courtesy calls. The delivery service is excellent. Driver always texts me when my prescription has been dropped off.

Lucy is always at the customer service window. She knows who I am and why I'm there. Promptly retrieves my prescriptions. I don't have to see each item in the sealed bag! It's always correct. The pharmacy team and Lucy makes picking up my prescriptions easy. I'm glad I choose to be part of the AHF pharmacy and Doctor's office Oakland Park FL

The staff is condescending. The doctors care more about their time than the patients time. I used to go to the North Point office several years ago and stopped because of the complete lack of professionalism from everyone in the office, including the doctors. I thought I'd give Oakland Park Office a new try, but from the moment I entered the office the SAME. EXACT. BULLSH!T. When will these people learn how to run a professional office?

I have never seen a pharmacy that puts their patients first like this one does. They really work with me to get my needs met. The staff is the best here.

Avoid at all costs, particularly if you're sick or LTS. Staff - bottom to top - acts like robots dealing with a piece of meat. Zero compassion. If you're sick, YOU'RE the problem if you need them to treat you with any respect or patience. You're even more toxic to them if you dare to demand respect. And this group of paper-pushing bullies will push back against you...even with threats. Do not let them off the hook, as tough as it might be if you're sick. I'd suggest you raise hell with AHF at the county level, as some already have. AHF Broward/PB knows this site is a problem.

They never answer the phone . One of my Doctor left. No notice. . Now my new doctor left no notice They never answer their phone . If you miss a bold work appointment No option but the wait another couple of weeks or more

This pharmacy is great! It is non-profit, so instead of lining the pockets of some bigwigs, monies are reinvested in persons unable to afford their medications. When there is a question or problem with my prescription, the pharmacist himself does not hesitate to call, or even fix the problem for me. Although this AHF location is 13 miles from my home, my prescriptions can be delivered to me in Hollywood, or anywhere else in the county, free of charge.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The pharmacist don't care about the patients gives you no insight on new prescriptions! I've almost lost my new job because of these people! I called on a Friday to pick up my prescriptions at 10:30am I took lunch early (11) trying to get to them early. It was pouring down rain and I told them I was coming Deerfield, I got to the place 4 mins late the girls are walking on the elevator laughing and talking, I said to them "is the pharmacy closed? One said "yes I told you be here by 12:15, we're going to lunch." I said "ma'am it's 12:19, I drove from Deerfield, it's pouring raining outside and I took extra time to come pick up my meds." She said "I'm sorry sir we already closed up the window." I couldn't believe they continued onto the elevator with their conversation! They (my perscriptions) was already all I had to do was sign for them. Well as a result I drove back to work late the pharmacist called to see if I was nearby to give them to me. He also said he heard what happened so he apologize claimed they were going to to get my scripts to me asap I had to meet their driver at a subway to pick up my meds. I had my 90 review Friday (7/14/2017) this situation and pharmacy came up as part of a big problem with me at work. For those who say "why didn't you just switch pharmacies?" They (AHF Pharmacy) refuse to transfer my scripts.

The pharmacist and technicians at this Pharmacy are extremely kind courteous and always seem to go the extra mile, not to mention that it is a not-for-profit pharmacy with all proceeds going to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Not only do the proceeds go to a good cause but prescriptions are also less expensive because they are not for profit.
