This was the worst experience I've ever had at a post office and that's really bad considering I have a narcissistic ex who works at a post office. The woman at the counter was so rude even though I tried to show patience and not react to her attitude, after a while she wore me down and I ended up taking my package back and walking out without mailing what I came there to mail. She was no help whatsoever when I asked questions and berrated me for not knowing all the intracasies of the postal service. I'll go to the next city over to handle any postal needs. That woman should be fired for treating customers that way.

One of the worst post offices I gave been too. Leadership has a complex of they are all holier-than-thou. I feel sorry for the associates that work under them. I am surprised they have not been reviewed lower on Google, it must be their family rating them.

Very nice efficient customer service. Small town post office could use a kiosk or a larger drop box for after hours. But no complaints.

I moved to Oak Hill/Edgewater in 2000 and began using this Post Office. Then I moved away for a number of years.I moved back permanently in 2017 and began using this Post Office again. The employees here are delightful and very efficient. No other post office exists to my knowledge like this one and I have lived all over the country. Thank you for being! Very grateful you are still here!

I have been there several times in the last couple of years and they were always nice. I was just there in May 2017 and had a great worker behind the desk.
