I found Jason Tindall to be quite aloof and professionally ill-equipped for the job. My garage door opener sprocket coupling had cracked and broke and instead of replacing with a new one ($6) — Jason choose to repair the broken one with lots and lots of electrical tape and reinstalled. His tape fix cost me $175 and lasted a month. I initially called him back for the re-service — got appointment — then thought better of it and called back to cancel — encountering one of the rudest woman ever on the phone. I will not work with Jason Tindall for my garage opener needs again.

We have been using this family owned business for over a decade! And they still provide excellent service and prices. We had an issue with our garage door. Called Ed Tindall at 4:15 PM and they were in our driveway before 5:30 PM. They identified the problem which was the spring. Repaired it at a very reasonable cost and were driving out of our driveway at 6:15 PM. You just can't beat that kind of service and cost. And, Mrs. Tindall, who answers the phone when you call is a HOOT! She is very personable and accommodating. They are our go to for all garage door issues and should be yours!

Had an appointmentwith Ed Tindall's Door Services in Oak Hill, FL. We waited a day and a half for the service person to show. Called the Ed Tindalls Door Services to see if the service person was coming as no one had showed up for the appointment. No one even came to look at our garage door or knocked at our front door. Finally a rude person answered the phone and they shouted "Go call someone else!" We did.

In 2011 the company installed our opener and gave us great advice. I really liked them. But in 2015, the Genie Pro Max opener malfunctioned and the company examined the problem, said they would call me back with a solution, and never called me back. Unexpectedly, I discovered the door is now working again. So I can't complain, except about the lack of communication.

We had this company install a new motor on our garage door. The workman adjusted the spring on the door and now it opens sometimes and not others but is never straight. We called the company back and they failed to show up on four occasions. On the final occasion he turned up late. He pulled into our driveway in an unmarked car and walked straight into our garage without knocking on our door and letting us know who he was. After hearing something in the garage I went out to see what it was and found him in there. I still did not know who he was yet.We have a two car garage with a classic car worth $90,000.00 and another spots car worth 80,000.00, both are covered with sheets making it obvious these are not normal cars. There is a two foot space between each car. I’m not sure what he did on the way in but on the way out he didn’t even to turn sideways and he knocked one of the mirrors on the car. I told him to be carful and that was a very expensive car. He turned and told me he hadn’t touched it. I said yes you did and with that he snarled I’m outta here and got in his car and drove off. He never even looked at the garage door.My husband and I tried to call their office and they would not answer. I then proceed to call continuously for an hour. I There is no message service, it just rings and rings. I could hear the phone being picked up and hung up. I guess they finally got sick of it and answered. I told her what happened and she told me I had sworn at the guy. I told her she was being lied to and she said she believed him.The end result is we have a garage door that we paid them to repair and still does not work.
