I go to alot of Publix around how can you not.But this one especially is very convenient being open late and the workers are amazing.I was helped today by Stephanie Bethell.Definitely future management you guys should make note.Very professional and outgoing.

Absolutely no regard for safety. Five days ago my husband slipped on a wet floor, hit his head, blacked out for a few moments, injured his shoulder and hip. When he brought it to the attention of the staff, they indicated that the other end of the aisle had a caution, wet floor sign, and when he suggested that the other end of the aisle should also have a similar sign they said "yeah OK." He notified the customer service center and they told him a manager would contact him in a few days however, no one has.

I love Publix with my whole heart, I waited a bit past pickup time for my wrap which yes sucked in the moment but I didn't really mind & the staff absolutely made up for it, I am so grateful thank you so much

I was in here for a quick trip, easy in and out, when I got to the checkout I was not greeted at all by Ann Marie and when I asked for her to not put my one item in a plastic bag, she said to me "Oh its already in there, just take the bag." in a very disgruntled tone. It wasn't the fact that she gave me the bag but by her overall attitude and manner were very unprofessional and unkind...

This deli is amazing for wraps. The bang for the buck is there. You get better quality and value where you would pay $15 at subway. I had the chicken cordon blue wrap. Made to order. Hot sandwich and tasty for like $10Considering it was right after the hurricane and they were busy and limited on ingredients. Outstanding job!!

The bakery at Publix at Venezia Plaza did an outstanding job on the very special cake for my mother’s 100th birthday! Everyone was so impressed and the cake was absolutely delicious! Many thanks to the bakery for this fabulous cake!

Publix Pharmacy lacks in customer service they don't serve with a smile and fail to understand what customers are going through. They need better workers that just don't take your prescription and throw it down with zero respect.

Very slow uncaring workers. Jeff Hermann, will fill certain meds but not others due to not liking the doctor but will give you valium and percocet. They stand around acting like they're busy but are getting nothing done, very poor managed pharmacy, they need a new manager.

Amazing customer service. Fabulously kind and thoughtful. They go above and beyond. When my college student's car wouldn't start, the manager used her break time to help try to jumpstart the car. The manager used her own car and jumper cables, and even helped keep the college student calm through this first-time car challenge. The staff was so nice. Appreciate their help!

Slow, terrible service, bad attitudes from employees, takes them 45 mins every time to fill, it takes Walgreens 15 mins. This is the last time I fill my prescription there, Also I paid for 45 pills and the and they gave me 30.
