I've been taking my cats to Dr. Kathy for several years, she's a terrific veterinarian. I took both cats in last week and because I could only take in one at a time, the office was very accommodating with my schedule. The vet tech, Phillip, was thorough and very kind and gentle with my cats. Dr. Kathy takes her time with the pets and shares her knowledge with the pet owners. One of my cats is an old girl who was shedding very badly. Dr. Kathy kindly took the time to groom her which resulted in my cat being much more active. I highly recommend Dr. Kathy and terrific staff.

Pure evil. Money hungry sales woman that harasses her employees and treats her “customers” (not clients) horribly. I rarely come across such a nasty individual. Shocking that she’s a “Veterinarian”. Don’t go see her. Trust me.

We just moved to the area and took all three of our dogs to Dr. Kathy as our new Vet. We were joyfully greeted by the whole staff who were outstanding and brought all three of my dogs adorable bandanas that had been sprayed with pheromones for calming. They offered treats and my dogs loved their pets and kindness. Their communication and technical skills for initial intake immediately made me confident I was at the best place ever.
When Dr. Kathy walked into the exam room, she was beyond incredible. She explained so much to us and welcomed us as a family to our new community. I have been with VCA’s in two states before, and with Dr Kathy, I feel it’s so personalized and we felt the stellar care compared to other vets that seemed like an assembly line. Dr. Kathy got down on the floor for our older dog who has major arthritis and pain issues. She was so knowledgeable about helping him, and taught us so much. You could really see how she is such an amazing mentor to her team as well. We are thrilled to have chosen and found Dr. Kathy and her staff!! We love them and feel sooooo happy!

I really trust Dr. Kathy to care for my toy poodle. She always talks to him to calm him and her knowledge is amazing. She is the best!

We've been taking our dogs to Dr.Kathy for several years and have always been pleased with her advice, care and reasonable fees. We recently had our puppy Ripley spayed and the job done by Dr.Kathy was nothing short of outstanding.
Ripley's incision was tiny and healed super fast, she never even had to wear a cone or covering as she barley noticed it.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would gladly put that. This is the worst vet clinic you could ever go to. My initial appointment I arrived and there was no one to be found. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know it’s ran by 2 people, but I ended up waiting over an hour. The doctor was short and barely took the time to “get to know” my pup. I spent more time waiting to be seen than with the doctor.
The lady who picks up the phone is the absolute worst. He has the worst attitude and is very unprofessional. If you can find a vet who actually cares for your pet and isn’t money hungry I would do so. They are no help whatsoever and try to make things as difficult as possible. My advice is STAY AWAY unless you wanna deal with a terrible vet!!!!!!!

BEWARE. Let me start by saying, I have NEVER left a negative review. However, I felt it necessary to let other people know that this is not somewhere you want to take your pet. Dr. Kathy was unprofessional on so many levels, I don't know where to start. First of all, she mishandled and treated my dog unkindly and then I heard her berate and belittle an employee to tears. I have never heard anyone speak to another person that way in my life. Dr. KATHY is a bully to animals and people. There are too many other professional and caring veterinary facilities available...DO NOT GO HERE.

Was in with my family and over heard Dr.Kathy herself yelling and cursing at one of her staff members. Absolutely horrific and disgusting behavior for someone who owns a business. Will not be visiting again.

Dr. Kathy is the best! Not only is she an excellent doctor, but she loves her patients. She always takes the time to hug & kiss our kitty to make her feel more at ease (like most pets, she does not like to go to the vet) but Dr. Kathy always takes the time to somehow calm our baby down. They are under staffed and I understand why it took a while to get service but when she got to the front desk she was very informative and helpful. In all my experience was relaxing and informative. When I left all of my questions have been answered.
