Went in to cash a check, signatures did not match up so there were extra security steps added to the procedure, understood. The cashier Hannah who was patient, pleasant, and informative helped smooth the process over, but had a question. India, the branch manager came over to help (after ignoring Hannah's first few attempts to get help) and within just the 2 minutes of my interaction with India she managed to snap at me, treat me poorly, and overall just made me feel like a nuisance. India's mistreatment of her employees and customers is exactly why I will not be banking with Wells Fargo.

Still not open after Ian for inside bank business. Building is old and nasty even before Ian. Should be replaced with a new branch, better still build two.

It is September 11, 2023. I just called this branch and they told me the lobby will not be open for several more months as they are STILL remodeling. Have to go to one of the 2 branches in Pt. Charlotte or the S. Venice branch to conduct the business I need to conduct as it must be done inside the branch. This branch has been closed inside since September 22, 2022. This is a bank. Does Wells Fargo not have the $$$ to fix their own brick and mortar? Is the City of North Port holding them up on inspections or permitting? Almost a year with no explanation. Pulling the stops on Wells Fargo after 25 years. Big banks and regional banks are having problems. I don't see a bright future in putting your money with big banks. Wells Fargo got a hand slap for what they did years ago, but another person I did business with at PNC Bank said they got more than a hand slap. She said they are not allowed to grow. Rightfully so, (if this is true). Love the Credit Unions! They are the way to go. Member owned.

If i could put a -5 on here i would. Bank has been shut down since 9/28/22 due to hurricane Ian.. I Understand that! Now its 8/28/23 10 months later and it still is NOT OPEN. Drive thru ATM works every once in awhile.. Can't do any inside banking unless you DRIVE 10 miles in either direction. Whats the deal here?

dont know if doors at this branch will open all time, hit or miss if open, mostly drive up only. now adding $30 fee to have an accounts. May have to transfer all accounts to Chase, where its still free. very disappointed in this bank after years here.

Robots not set up to deal with all options. Primarily give me your money attitude.Since north port closed I wanted address of closest bank.. you can not deal with that thru a robotNor will you give me a human customer service.
