This is the 3rd time in a month at this location that I have checked out with a person at the register and they had forgotten to give me all of my grocery bags. I’ve gone back the last 2 times but this time I wasn’t wasting my time and called, to only be told it’s the customers job to “also” make sure. The audacity in that statement.. when I left this last time I made it a point to ask if I got them all and the guy said yes!. Which was not true. With groceries so expensive the least they can do is their job and do a quick double check all the bags are gathered before ringing out the next customer. If I have a few items I’ll always do self check out but when I have a grocery haul, I go through the lines so the employees that are hired can help. I’ve literally witnessed someone recently too forget a bag and the cashiers noticed maybe 20 seconds after they walked away and they say “oh they’ll notice and be back” it shouldn’t be on the customer to be inconvenienced.

Zero stars if i could...Worst experience at the tire center, no compassion or care whatsoever. I was run off the road by a crazy driver and ended up with slices in my tires 630am... I drove to walmart they open at 7am, still shaken and teary eyed telling the man behind the counter what happened. His response is "oh that sucks, we can help you as we are booked with appointments and only have 3 technicians, you would be waiting for hours and hours" .... thanks guy appreciate the heartfelt kindness you showed. I can understand being busy and not being able to help at that moment but showing compassion to a frightend human surely goes along way.
Really tho big thank you to the guys across the street at Tire Kingdom!!!!
