Horrible. My niece has been throwing up for 2 days while these people give us the run around about some simple medication. Then after telling us it was filled we were told they dont take her insurance... it is gov insurance..... I hope your kids get sick, and you get the same. PHARMECUTICAL company? What a joke

Shoutout to the employees at Walgreens off Sumter! I was in there with my son shopping around for cold and flu items and a wonderful employee came up to me and told me she and another coworker noticed a man being super creepy following me and my son in the store and that they didn’t like the way he was looking at us. She stayed with us till I finished my shopping, checked us out. And then the male coworker walked out after us and stood by the wall while I strapped my son in up until I pulled out of the parking lot!
Literally didn’t even realize this was going on but apparently they had their eyes on him the whole time we were in that store before they even mentioned anything to me!! I’m sick and let my guard down. Thank goodness for these 2 amazing people ❤️ I appreciate these two strangers watching over me and my son. Thank you

Really the money this company makes and your on hold for 18 minutes n27 seconds. Than they are giving you attitude when you ask a question. Glad it was a mistake on my DR. part because I use WalMart.

Worst Pharmacy in the area. Staff is overwhelmed and unable to fill prescriptions on time. Always an excuse, and forget trying to get them on the phone to find out what the problem is. You literally have to drive down here, stand in line and then deal with the embarrassment of arguing your case while several other customers tap their feet in the frustration line. I do NOT recommend you use this Walgreens.

Horrible service. It's always something with this place. Dr. Prescribed me a prescription. My insurance wouldn't cover it so walgreens refused to fill it. I was told they couldn't fill it . Even if I paid for it myself. So what do they do with someone that has no insurance. They override what my Dr. Ordered because the insurance wouldn't cover it. I've had multiple problems with them . Always their issue. Incompetent. Avoid walgreens.

They suck at this location. Long wait times while suffering -don't care. Messed up simple requested transfer causing even more delays no apologies or expedited fix. THEY SUCK!

Every time I try to save money here with coupons, promotions and deals the staff are really rude. Today was an extremely embarrassing experience between the customer behind me and cashier, in front of 2 of my kids. It's not my fault the place is understaffed and only 1 person checking anyone out. The economy sucks right now, and I have a large family. I have to do what I have to do but this is the only store that without fail makes me feel absolutely ashamed for needing to save money on hygene and other daily essentials so I can also feed my kids. There has only been 1 staff member who was ever kind to me here and haven't seen her in a few months. The one male tall dark haired manager on past visits and today male cashier I've never seen before have checked me out, usually a 7-10 minute process but today the embarassment had me in the parking lot holding back tears with trying to use coupons and my rewards and how I was treated in front of my kids.
