so terrible . the worst pharmacy ever. idk how they are still legally operating. i submit orders and they completely ignore them until they disappear.

I called for my prescription status. Nobody answers pharmacy phone,, nobody seems to care. I was waiting unti some pharmacist answers. After 10 minute waiting, I finally hang up. What a terrible stor that is !

The worst pharmacy. Find a different pharmacy!I have been in que for over 45 minutes. And of course they are now closed and never answered the phone. I was #2 and no one answered. Really!I have the same prescription every month 30 day supply. Hasn't changed in 3 years and they sent a text saying "sorry out of stock" two days ago. Need the medicine to live and I run out tomorrow night. Still not available and no idea when it will be in.

The pharmacist at this location is the absolute worst. Her customer service skills are beyond terrible. She joked about my condition and implied I was lying. I feel sorry for her staff. I'm sure they have to take the brunt of her incompetence. Every single interaction I have had with her she has been unprofessional and makes excuses for her poor service. I agree with the other reviews, calling corporate is a lost cause. This time I will be filing a complaint with the State Licensing Board.

Do not not understand how this location stays in business. If you have a prescription to pick up please do not let it be an emergency... As you will wait in the drive-through for a minimum of 30 minutes. Going inside is a little better however, do not anticipate being greeted with customer service.

Incompetent employee quoted me a price for my father's pain medication. When I went to go pick it up the price was almost double. turns out she had quoted me the generic price. The generic which they do not carry. I asked the pharmacist Stefan to honor the price that was given to me and he refused. Unfortunately due to the severity of my father's condition I had no choice but to deal with this extortion. And unfortunately due to the way the system is built I will have to continue to deal with this extortion. If somebody gives you a price they should honor that price. I believe the employee's name was Valerie or Mallory

When you call, you can be on hold for an hour. When you are given a time to pick up a prescription, add 2-3 hours to their quoted time and you may still have to wait

THE. WORST. WALGREENS.......if you need a prescription I suggest going elsewhere. This isn't the first issue with the pharmacy BUT it will be my last. Thursday evening 10/7/2021 7:40pm went to the drive thru the pick up an eye drop prescription from our pediatrician from a 10:30am appointment. I assumed Walgreens had the prescription. The lady informed me (at 7:40pm) "it just came through" I asked her how long it would be. She said "it is just me and her so can you come back in the morning?". I should have said no; but I thought there are probably more pressing issues then these eye drops, I can wait until morning. 10:20am show back up at the drive through. They still aren't ready, the man says "it will be 15 minutes can you get back in the drive thru line?". Sure whatever. 30 minutes later the gentleman in the car in front of me goes up to the car in the drive thru then comes to tell me they are COVID testing their car of 4. I said thank you and went inside. Waiting another 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Only to then be told our eye drops were over the counter and that "doctors don't know". Ok well the lady last night and you sir could have told me that at the window the 2 times I was there. Instead I wasted 2 trips up to Walgreens and over an hour of my time. When we are at the doctor we assume that when they call in a prescription that it is indeed that....something we need to get at the counter from the pharmacy. Get it together Walgreens on Toledo Blade. Will be moving any future prescriptions somewhere else

I hate this Walgreens! I have to call in my prescriptions monthly and I'm always stuck on hold. Right now I've been on hold 32 minutes and still waiting. A couple months ago I waited on hold for 29 minutes and they hung up on me. I called back and waited another 20 minutes before being hung up on again. I eventually had to call the store manager who went back to put the order in himself. At least he was friendly. The pharmacy staff and never friendly and I dread every time I have to deal with them. Bring back the pharmacies that actually cared about people.
