Just came from there said my prescription was ready of course it wasn't but that wasn't the problem the girl that gave me my prescription really has an attitude but bad one every time I go there she looks like she wants to punch somebody they need to evaluate their employees for their manners because she definitely has bad manners , she was very rude to me that really gets under my skin. She slammed the door shut to the drive-through I thought she was going to take it off it's hinges.

I received a notification that my prescription refill was ready for pickup and proceeded to go to the pharmacy. I take medication regularly for my thyroid condition, and my endocrinologist had increased my dosage from 88MG to 100MG two months prior. After I picked up my prescription, I realized that the refill had been filled incorrectly with the previous dose of 88MG, which I no longer take. I promptly returned to the pharmacy and waited 20 minutes in line at the drive through only to be told that I needed to come inside. I then waited 20 more minutes in line inside the pharmacy only for the pharmacist to tell me that there was nothing she could do since the prescription had already left the store. Had I been told that nothing could be done in the drive through window, I would obviously not have wasted my time going inside. Not only did they refill the prescription incorrectly, but then charged me $24 for a wrong medication, refused to refund any part of it or replace the prescription with the correct dosage, wasted over an hour of my only day off, and even refused to dispose of the medication which I had no use for. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for over 20 years, but after this experience will transfer my business elsewhere. All-around horrible customer service and I am disappointed that Walgreens Pharmacy cares so little about their customers.

If you have to get a prescription from this Walgreens forget it They are the slowest and have the worst customer service they said come back in an hour to pick up and I came back and waited another half hour.never again

I get my photos printed here and once I place the order online, they are usually ready for pick up within an hour or so. Good quality prints and even better turnaround time.I don't pick up my prescriptions here, but whenever I need something drugstore related, it is the closest store to me and they almost always have what I'm looking for.Very friendly and helpful employees.

Normally very friendly, efficient staff. The pharmacy staff, and pharmacist are already available to answer questions. Pretty darn good at administering the vaccines..

I'm a retired NYC police officer and I'm telling everyone, Do yourselves a favor. Go to CVS because this particular place is run and supervised horribly. After my experiences with Walgreens time and time again, I finally had it and I'll NEVER patronize Walgreens again!
