Where do I start? I feel I was conned in December by a female employee in this store. Without going into the boring detail, she convinced me that my problem of not being able to pay my bill when I was traveling, would be resolved if I set added a mobile service to the account, so even though it was going to cost me an additional $25 per month, for ease I thought it was worth it so I didn’t lose my home wifi service when traveling. She set up the auto pay in store for me and assured me when I left that everything was sorted and my bill would be paid automatically every month so I wouldn’t lose any service.That proved not to be the case, and every month since I have lost my wifi at home, when traveling. As before, when I would log into my account it wouldn’t accept my info and I couldn’t pay, so I always had to contact the International number and pay an extra $10 for the privilege. The bill also has gone up every month, and has been $40 extra per month, after adding my mobile.Now at home in Florida I just had a reminder text to pay my bill and it’s increased another $40, so now costing me $177 for home wifi and one mobile number. Outrageous. I called the store as I can’t get there, and asked to speak to the Manager who was off. The male employee said he could take a look at it with me though I would need to go in. I explained why I couldn’t and he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help me if I didn’t. I became frustrated because I can’t get in. He told me he has a solution, then proceeded to tell me to go in again. I became more frustrated and he again said he had a solution, so I frustratingly said if you have a solution why don’t you tell me what it is instead of keeping tell me I need to go in and he put the phone down. I called back and he wouldn’t answer. Despicable service. I shall call the manager, Curtis I understand, on Monday and hope to get a resolution to this problem, or Verizon and I shall be parting company.

Excellent service from Erwin. Very knowledgeable, professional, and accepting of our Vermont sense of humor. He assisted both myself and my significant other setting up new phones and a new plan for Gary. We were all done within a few hours. Great service!

Curtis is the best wireless manager I have ever dealt with. Super helpful and I will always go back. He has set up several business accounts for me on multiple occasions. He has also activated 7 lines for myself and family.He definitely needs a promotion as he has earned every bit of itIf you want quality service and professional help, ask for Curtis at this location.You won't be disappointed.A+++

A good friend of mine worked here for years and as such I would go there to see him to get my new phones and accessories. Since he has left the place has taken somewhat of a dive in terms of customer service. This past visit was due to a series of unforeseen circumstances surrounding my 2nd iPhone 12 that I received not but 12 hours before heading to this store. While I will say that I was impressed with the speed the the service I received (the last time I was at this store I spend almost 4 hours here and when I left my phone still wasn’t properly activated which lead to a 3 hour call to Verizon to handle it) I opted for an iPhone15 which they happened to have the blue in stock (it said they didn’t online) the set up was easy enough and the staff member was friendly and knowledgeable but my main issue and biggest problem is the accessories I was sold. The $60 screen protector was absolute garbage and NOT compatible with my touchscreen so much so I thought it was the phone and was ready to return it until it basically fell off my screen the next day. And today the charger that I was sold (which wasn’t even presented as an option to me) is no longer “compatible” according to the pop up on my iPhone screen. The cost for the charger was $36. I got a message from the store about upgrading and an offer for a tablet or a watch to which I replied about the screen issues and never heard a word in response to that. I’m still unsure what to do about the $95 in accessories that are useless to me after not even a week of owning the phone…which have subsequently left me without a way to charge my device. I usually go through apple to get my devices, it’s far more cost effective and far less of a hassle but this case I needed a phone immediately and had little other choice.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! The guy working was super nice, helpful, and efficient. He made getting a new phone a breeze!

The worst experience ever. Waiting over an hour (and still currently waiting) for a question with our phones not working on the network (again) and the one person working couldn’t even acknowledge us the WHOLE time we were there until he was done with the one customer he was working with. We’ll probably be leaving Verizon and going back to T-Mobile. Shame really.

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would because this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was very upfront from the moment I made the appointment and then again when I walked it that it was going to be a very large purchase with a lot of per-motions also but that Verizon customer service had left specific notes and prices for them. He shut 3 of my phones off charged me for 3 new ones and then said he could not sell my anything else and I would not be able to get any of the per motions because his back office denied it. Then lied several times to myself and Verizon customer service had two different men trying to intimidate me. Worst experience I have ever had with any Verizon store. This company is a disgrace to Verizon’s name. Strictly Avoid!!!

Wait time is horrible....I had no service at all and ended up buying a phone which took over 2 hrs. They try to upsell everything....and make it look nice in one package....their phone cases are mediocre, please don't get any extra charging asessories from them, its not from the manufacturer of the phone but generic stuff. They come across nice but it's fake...they just want your money. I will never go back there. More importantly, do not buy the pure gear screen protector warranty...it does not work.

Don’t even waste your time, I went in sat down for 20-30 min and I wasn’t even knowledge. When I finally went to ask how long until someone can even say hi and the guy was like “the other guy leaves in 15 min and this will take me the rest of the shift” excuse me? You could’ve been nice about it and tell me a soon as a walked to the door. Definitely worse service in a Verizon ever.

I purchased an Apple Watch SE, I was told the charger was in the box. The only thing in the box was a cord, no “C” charging block. So when I arrived home no way to charge watch.The didn’t tell how to turn the watch on or off or how to charge or anything.They told me to go home and watch YouTubeI’m not happy and would recommend this store.

Terrible experience. The young little fellow with perfect hair was completely rude. He called me the R word when I didn't want to buy a new phone. He clearly doesn't understand what a contract is. Sloth of manager did nothing when he finally finished dropping a duece. Lil dude started yelling at me giving 3 excuses and a denial. He was so on himself that he showed me his car keys to prove he wasn't poor. That really threw me off.I am a disabled military veteran and it took all I have to not inflict harm.The kids name is Ryan.
