Went in to do an amazon return and ELIZABETH was very rude about the box. amazon told me not to bring one and was adament about it, elizabeth's coworker was very nice about it, however elizabeth came up and was rude about it for no reason telling me i could go home and get a box instead of selling me a box like a told her i was willing to.

Most everyone in this UPS store is pretty nice. Some more than others. It's cheaper to go here than the USPS. They're also faster than the post office and also more patient. I happened to have store clerk 26561 wait on me, and she was super nice.

Not impressed when it’s open. One person doing what looks like 5 positions of staff. Low standards with cleanliness. Which means to me it’s an owner operator pinching pennies. Super disappointing when it’s closed on a Sunday.

First time sending a package through UPS, gentleman at the counter made it quick and easy. His attitude was polite and courteous and he didn't make me feel stupid when I asked stupid questions. Glad I came here!

Purchased this address ( worth every penny and more ) to safely mail and receive my packages for my small business. Only left because I moved out of the area. Everyone here will go out of their way to help shipping and picking up packages. Not only did I not ever lose a package they saved me a lot of valuable time.
