Today was my first time here! I can’t believe the kindness I was shown! My daughter is talking about Louie still! Longer then she talked about Disney!! He is such a sweet soul! You made me feel so good coming in there if I could I would give you 10 stars! Thank you for your help! Mia says she’s going to dinner with Louie lol thanks again!! Phenomenal service

Yeah we picked up holiday turkeys over there. Also last year when we needed help they were the only ones that extended anything that would help us when we were out of work. People at work here are great it's the salvation army on tamiami trail in North Port across from Lowe's. If you fall in hard times this place is great. they definitely care and they will help you out

I called a few weeks ago to see if they have a food pantry and was told no.... Then I called again to ask questions and was blown off / no one called me back... I just moved back to Florida after 12 year's when I lost everything because I couldn't work during the pandimc..I owned my home,all my belongings, lost everything and no I struggle to eat or have my medication, and I'm jumping from couch to couch homles... Food would of made all the difference in the word to me...

I think that the location we went to must be a different location then everyone else visited. We were told that we needed an appointment - and the tone made me feel a little - well, looked down upon. There was another family there at the same time who needed food. They gave us paperwork to register and told us to schedule a time. I took the paperwork and left - the sad thing - we didn't want food - we are here for the summer and wanted to volunteer our time because we have nothing else to do. We will keep looking.

Distribute food and toiletries to homeless needy ppl like myself.fast\\u0026 efficient.. No long waits due to appointment...offer bus pass clothing furniture other...really helps when u need andhave nothing to start with.very freindly and curteous staff.
