I asked these goofballs in 2014 to sell me hurricane impact doors and windows .They did except the outside laundry room door,the goofballs sold me a $187 cheapest looking door,not even indentation panels,plain flat cheap door.I did not know it was not impact til I wanted a door with a window in the outside laundry room..Luckily Ian blew from the front of the house.Think about it you goofballs,why would I ask for impact doors and windows except for exterior door to laundry room with wood walls behind it and other side is interior rooms,you goofballs.

Not surprised to see the amount of negative reviews about the customer service of the front desk. Couldn’t get her off her cell phone, then, when we finally stood there long enough for her Facebook break to be over, we received far more attitude than we did intelligence. Came to review the place and there’s no short of other instances. It’s hard to imagine how she still works there. Plenty of better folks out there looking for work who don’t push customers out the door quite like she did.

Terrible place, lady at the front desk was extremely rude and would not work with us at all. Would not recommend this dumpster overpriced smokers haven. Everyone that works there’s voice sound like they have been smoking for 50 years.

Lol. Joke of a company. Ordered a door slab, their rep messes up the order. Paid way more than we were supposed to. Called them to get it straightened out and was called a liar and told to calm down like a child, after days of being ignored and transferred to dead voicemails. Abusive practice and childish, Tiffany was extremely rude and doesn't know how to take ownership for... well, anything!Tldr: DON'T GO HERE!!!! Try Ace Door in Port Charlotte

I'm absolutely astonished and flabbergasted on how un organized they are. I ordered a custom window they told me i would have to wait one week maximum in order to receive a quote. Two whole months later still no quote now I'm behind on my project and now I have to look for different suppliers to meet my needs. Only good thing about them are the prices.

Very bad experience, I ordered transom door glass back in March and we are in September, crew came for installation, they broke the glass, they couldn't install the new glass, they left ne with transom glass all broken with blue tape, very dangerous if I use my front door, now they are waiting from manufacturer to help them, and still no answers when they are coming,Then waiting for new sliding glass planel door from PGT doors, they don't know when is coming, every time I ask for an update, they respond saying, " we don't know"Months and months waiting, and still no answers,Be aware, new customers please, they are very hard to work with, i think they only work with big people, and big orders, i think they didn't like my small order I did with themI purchased all the windows, interior and exterior doors, wood framing, wood trim, i spent a lot of money with them, and that is how they treat me, this is insane, on top of that, they send me the manufacturer phone number so I have to call them to ask for my order, unbelievable

They overcharged my account by $19000. When I brought this to their attention they gave me their own financial report that showed there was an issue with the $19000. They have taken little to no action in actually getting this resolved. Seemingly just passing it around internally and to people that have no ability to assist us.How would you feel if a company stole $19000 from you? It has been a week now and nothing has been done.Update: and now I'm even having the "store manager" Bill Rodriguez tell me and I quote "if we have to part ways then I am fine with that." How horrific can this company get.Update 1/19/2022: To the Owners response. This is not what Bill Rodriguez has told me the day prior. He claims that they finally found the money and that we would be refunded after 3-5 business days. Also the Trace IDs on the transactions indicate that they were sent to your account. I need to know the truth of the matter. What is going on. As you can see "Owners" reviews can be updated. This could easily have been 5-stars noting that there was a processing error and they took care of it quickly promptly and were heroes. Instead Bill asked us to fill out a credit application with our private information including social security numbers in order to prevent this issue in the future, just for President Mike Stevens to deny the application. What was that even for? Should I assume the best or the worst from you guys.

I have been dealing with this company for over a year now and they always treat me with great respect and always try to help. Recently I ordered a small amount of trim and it has taken over 12 weeks to come in and it is still on back order. Since hearing this bad news Mike Malinowski stepped up and suggested away around the back order by ordering a different product and modifying it on a table saw to replicate the molding that was on back order. Mike and company went out of his way and had it transferred from another store and got it in one day! Thank you Mike!

As a truck driver delivering here they need too hurry up been here now for 3.5 hours and still not unloaded I will never come here again I run flatbed haul wood it takes maybe 10min to unload a truck like this what the hell
