Pet Supermarket is a chain with over 200 stores in 10 states, offering more than 8,000 pet care products including food, toys, treats, accessories, and fashion. Services include grooming, self-serve dog wash stations, and VIP Petcare clinics at select locations, with carry-out service available everywhere. The business also works with local organizations on adoption and animal welfare events. Customer experiences with staff and animal care vary significantly. Many reviews highlight exceptionally knowledgeable, supportive, and patient employees who provide world-class customer service, going above and beyond to educate customers and offer helpful solutions for pets like fish and reptiles. These staff members are described as great assets, creating a professional, caring, and helpful environment where management shows pride in the animals. Customers report that problems are addressed immediately with care not seen at other stores, and some setups, like for fish, are noted as excellent and well-maintained. However, other reviews raise serious concerns. Criticisms include the ordering of animals that require extensive experience, with reports of feeder mice and rats kept in terrible conditions using toxic bedding. Issues with fish care, including dead fish left in tanks, are mentioned. Some locations are described as consistently understaffed, with employees paid an embarrassingly low amount. This suggests a disparity in care standards and staffing levels between different stores within the chain.
They have a decent selection a little pricey. I prefer Chewy.Com for my pets needs.

I popped in just to view the animals and store products. It is well stocked with most animals and products. The bunnies are adorable with floppy ears and beautiful markings. They are waiting upon kittens so I will follow up on my next outting. Staff are friendly and approachable.
