“I liked the store. I had to pick up a stud finder the Port Charlotte store did not have. No coffee anymore. ? They do have soft drinks near the checkout. They have just about everything you can imagine...including the kitchen sink. Plenty of free parking. Handicap accessible. They have a pro desk. Convenient location off 41. I would highly recommend them.”

Upon entering Home Depot we were overwhelmed with our lack of hardware knowledge for this gig and then we found Dawn. She saved us. She took our list and practically led us by hand thru the store and had us laughing the whole way with her humor and love for her job. She completed our list in minutes one that would have taken us over an hour and we got all the right tools for the job the first time we didn’t have to return anything or try anything different. “My family and I wanted to make a fire pit for the holidays. We stopped by around 7 to get the supplies. We were unsure so asked for help. Luckily a service member named Tyler "Tiger" was there to help. Not only did he go out of his way to get us the supplies we need, but helped us pick the right concrete slabs and additional supplies. Tyler was an incredible help to us, especially for how late we showed up before closing. Not only did Tyler help us but he also had an outstanding attitude the entire time. Tons of holiday spirit and was a very kind person. Hope to see this gentleman around and many could use him as an example of what service should be like.
