I have been a customer with metro PCs for over 6 years with 3 lines four of the six years we had four lines. My phone broke last week. I spoke to a representative last night and was on the phone with her for over a hour and a half. I was so tired I asked if I could think about the two phones I was considering and call back today. When I called back they said they could not do what the previous representative said they could do. When I asked for a supervisor she also refused to honor what the previous representative said and basically hung up on me. They would rather loose 3 customers than honor their word on an upgrade. Very poor business model. They record every conversation so they definitely had verification of what I was saying but refused to look it up. Just a heads up every time you switch phones, buy a new phone etc they will charge you an activation fee. I have had many phones and am just sick and tired of paying activation fees. So I guess Visible here we come! See ya later Metro PCS. You suck.

Great educated guys when it comes to phones..service is not so good in Northport y ....been in several te to reset phone ..just dead spots emergency service only every morning y.....plus they do slow down data...y ......had issues out of town y.....

after problems with reg t mobile went here, now everything works at a lower cost. How does Metro get better cell service then the network who owns it?Thanks Metro, and for the in store service.

I have been with Metro PCS for almost 20 years now. And the cellphone number l have had for about 13 years now. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in the using this company.
