North port lowe’s is definitely the best one i’ve been to. Everyone is really respectful and helpful. Chris was awesome, he was willing to go into the back and search for a certain item i was looking for. 100% one of the best stores in this area.

Bought parts to fix a water heater. Parts didn’t work as advertised and when I tried to return, they customer service rep said they couldn’t do anything with them. They claimed they were “used” but they were installed and then didn’t work like they were supposed to. Don’t waste your time going here, go to Home Depot down the street.

Great store but you cannot rely on their website to know what’s in stock and what isn’t. Today was my third time heading there for something which the website claimed to be “in stock” and when I arrived, they did not have the item. Very frustrating, especially when the clerk’s idea of helping you is to suggest you drive another 30 minutes to find the item at another store with the same system. Argh!!

Mark Miller in the flooring department was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to many other places that were not accommodating and he was fantastic was very knowledgeable and followed up with everything that He said that he would. I highly recommend him
