It’s a shame a person can order online but not receive notification after several hours that anyone has even starting picking the items. I ordered online for convenience. I even tried calling the store and no one answered the phone for 30 minutes. It’s apparent that this location has either a staffing issue or no one cares about customer service. Such a shame!

I am a Lowe’s pro member(credit , the entire 9 yards) . I shop at multiple Lowe’s stores . Great success with Venice. I decided to give my hometown store business. The first time disappointing in many ways ,, but the second try,,,,
The most disappointing and angry situation in years. I was told that I could not get 2x10’ cut in half at the saw (by the pro counter) . They said , “ our saw doesn’t do that and bearings are loud on it”. I had just had the Venice store cut some for me two days earlier. I said , “ are you sure?” Then I asked the other pro person next to her. They then said” YOU SHOULD GO TO HOME DEPOT “””
I said , YIKES!!! The store was dead and now I know why .. my local store that apparently needs business does not care… I get weekly coupons and e-mails begging me to come by and spend,,,but not when I arrive.
I guess I need to cancel my credit card and move on to the busier Home Depot.
Not one bad customer service rep but two, Not one bad situation but Two.
Don’t do it, don’t waste your time, you will feel angry and as if you are shopping in a middle school. Rant Done

Roy and Chris were amazing they helped us with the purchase of a refrigerator and we're able to set up delivery for the next day the delivery staff just left and the refrigerator is perfect and the delivery staff were excellent Thank You it was freshing to deal with Honest and reliable employees
