Contacted Lloyds of Shelton regarding a crack in my windshield. Truck kicked up a rock and the crack kept getting bigger. I reached out to Lloyds as I was impressed with other customers reviews. Every thing that they stated, I agreed with! Very personalized service. Arrangements for a conference call with my insurance company. Follow up regarding the scheduled appointment was spot on. Technician contacted me prior to arrival. Repair was done at my workplace so I didn’t have to take time off of work. Tech was done with the install within 30 minutes. Calibration was done on vehicle and I was set to go. My out of pocket expense was zero. I highly recommend any one to the best windshield repair/replacement. From start to finish….professionally installed and professionally handled every detail!

Outstanding service from start to finish. I watched the whole process in my driveway. Will & Daniel worked in unison replacing my truck windshield. They used great care taking out my old glass and installing the new one. Will even used a portable blower to clean any debris that might have fallen in our driveway. If you have any auto glass issues, I highly recommend Lloyd's Of Shelton Auto Glass. You won't regret it!

They scheduled next day service with at my home installation appointment. Service technician called ahead with approximate arrival time. Installation was complete within 30 minutes. Everything just like new. Office staff and technician courteous and business like. Very satisfied.Services: Auto power window repair

If anyone needs auto glass replacement because of Ian hurricane, I highly recommend this company!! Kristin was awesome with scheduling/advice on what to do and the tech Kevin replaced my back windshield glass in 20min max!! They both were so helpful and priced reasonably (I paid out of pocket) they also work with insurance if yours covers it. STOP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! They did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I called around for estimates and Lloyd's was almost $100 cheaper than everyone else, plus they did a great job, came to my house and it was done in about a half hour. I will definitely be using them from now on. Don't waste your time looking for someone else to replace or fix your auto glass.....just go to Lloyd's and be done!Services: Auto windshield repair

All I can say is wow! After a horrible experience trying to get my F-150 windshield replaced at the name-brand shop, I am SO HAPPY I found Lloyd's of Shelton! Being a "gear head" and having always been particular about my vehicles, I know exactly what I want. Will immediately put me at ease and did an awesome job! And he did it all by himself in my driveway - amazing! Amazing services!!! Yesterday i called to see if I could get my windshield replaced that day and they weren’t able to do so right away which was expected, but they we able to send someone directly to my workplace and install the windshield first thing this morning. Will was the gentleman who installed the windshield this morning and he was very polite and got the job done in under 45 minutes. I also saved over 100 dollars rather than going to Safelite. I had the windshields replaced last week to our mini van and a pickup truck by Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass. The van seems to be okay but our pickup truck we hearing wind noise from the passenger side while driving at high speed. The loud wind noise got worse when driving on highway. I called Lloyd's of Shelton to see if a technician can help or recommended how to fix it. I explained to the person that picked up the phone that this noise was not there before the windshield replacement. This is her quote "We can send a technician to take a look. If it's our fault than we make a repair without a charge. If it's something else, than we will charge you a $125 service call". Just let that sink in for a second...so all the technician has to say after looking at my truck is it's not my fault. Of course I didn't want to take that chance. None of us are perfect in life except. We all make mistake. But to not feel responsible for your mistake is pretty low. Just take care your customer Lloyd's of Shelton. You would have a customer for life but instead you have this. Always remember...what goes around, comes around.Service: Auto windshield replacement
