Most horrible labcorp I have been to. It's dirty. It's understaffed. I have never seen anything like this horrible place. I've Been here 3 hours just for blood work. They had 80 year old people fasting hadn't ate or drank in 12 hours sitting waiting 5 hours. Unacceptable unbelievable without any compassion ? they should be in another line of work. Save yourself a horrible experience and go to north port bc port charlotte labcorp is not a place for humans.

Don't waste time at this location. The staff can't be bothered to pretend to care, you'd have a better experience at the Englewood or Port Charlotte location.

I come here every three months to get labs. Everytime they are severely understaffed. If you are lucky two people will be working. Sometimes it's just one tech checking people in a doing draws. Staff is as nice as they can be given the working conditions. So many people just leave when they hear two hour wait.

I just had to pay $149.01 for a test that Medicare didn't pay Labcorp. I was being threatened with a collection agency so I called Labcorp. I have the evidence that Medicare paid for everything else except for one thing. I was asked if I had signed a document that I would pay if Medicare didn't pay. I don't remember I did. I was informed that I signed a document for that particular test. Medicare has always paid for my blood tests and there were several items on the doctor's request. Medicare paid for everything except that test and I got stuck with the bill. I think this is unjust. Labcorp knows what Medicare pays for and how much. Why perform a test if they know they are not going to get paid for it? I thought I was signing for the lab tests as usual; not for one that I would be charged for. I am very disappointed. I guess I have to go somewhere else to get my future lab tests done and not trust what I am being asked to sign. They give it to you in a rush and look at the consequences...??10/2/23 I called Labcorp just as it was suggested by the Owner below, and there was no solution to my situation as the owner tried to imply. I paid the money and they will not give me a credit for their mistake.

I had a 9:00 appt this morning. Arrived at 8:45. Was finally called back at 10:20. Sat for another 15 minutes and finally walked out at 10:45. There is no call for that no order. If a walkin complains they take the walkin ahead of appt. A man with a 9:30 spot was taken before me. Only one tech and one front desk person. I realize workers are hard to find and they probably would get paid more at McDonalds. Simple solution don't take walkings or make them wait.

Very slow staff. Been here multiple times and I purposely come closer to closing time because I know the am is busy with fasting patients. Nope, still takes 20+ minutes to check in one person when they have multiple staff members to help out.

Old lady at front desk had no manners, No sympathy, then she starts complaining about her job saying they shouldn’t do drug screens after 1:30 and kept complaining

I am very happy for having Vanessa as a phlebotomy every time I go she do my blood work and is alway with a smile on her face I will go back and till my family and friends

I have called for multiple days. I am pretty sure they never answer their phone or call anyone back. I can not get my results nor my new place of employment. The only thing we are told is they are being reviewed? I dout that process takes weeks to do.

Came to have a simple labs done. I walked in and saw an elderly gentleman at the desk trying to check in but they insisted that he has a drivers license which he didn’t have.He had an ID but the lady would not help him out.He waited a long time and finally left without being assisted.Staff was plain rude to him.I was a walk in and waited over 2 hours to have labs done.Doubt I will be back again
