I have had so many problems here. When they first opened it was good then weeks later it went down hill fast. Chicken was dry, order was wrong.Some staff members are ok but there has been a couple key holders that weren't very friendly.Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this location. But it seems like it's just a pattern any more with KFC. I'd love fresh good juice chicken and just can't find it.No one outs love in cooking or work any more it makes a difference. It's not cheap any Korean for anything but 20 for chicken that is cooked and served that isn't fresh well is upsetting.

Went through the driveway through and was asked to park and wait a few minutes, 30 minutes later I go on and they tell me they forgot me and it will be another 20 minutes if I want any breasts....and I ordered 2 extra breasts with my family meal! They just said sorry we're busy as they hand a plate of chicken to a customer with 3 breasts on it!! Sooo disappointed in customer service, this is the second BAD experience I've had with that store so it will be the last!

My experience every time at KFC on 41 in North Port. Always looks clean inside, it should...it's new, employees are always very pleasant, food is usually good, and I can always understand the person through the drive thru intercom. What I do not understand is how they always manage to mess up my order. I normally get out of the car and go inside to have them correct my order, but this time I just left. Won't be back. It has become too inconveniently consistent with their inconsistencies.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket with an extra side and paid extra to upgrade my chicken to 4 breasts and 4 drumsticks. When I was handed my meal. I took it to my car and realized that my extra side was missing. When I went back inside to inquire about them, the cashier told me I TOOK the wrong order. I brought it back in, and they handed it to another customer. When they gave me another dinner, I asked if it was correct this time. She laughed at me and said yes. I took it and drove home, trusting her. When I started removing the meal, I had the wrong sides and the wrong pieces of chicken from what I ordered. I packed it back up and drove it back. Upon arrival, she looked at me and smirked. I asked if they wanted to try again. Almost without even looking, she says, "It's just the wrong chicken." When I told her the sides were wrong too, she got all flustered, repacked my meal with the same pieces of chicken, and added the correct pieces I initially asked for, reused the same biscuits, and gave me the correct side dishes. Needless to say, by the time I got the meal home to my waiting family, everything was cold, and the biscuits were hardened. It was very upsetting. No, I'm sorry or anything. I will not be going back.

Rude employees. it's fast foods… You don't expect five star service. But you certainly don't expect people shouting at you and having an attitude. Will never go back to this location. they need to learn some customer service skills. Horrible experience. I see other reviews about the older lady in the drive-through having an attitude. Maybe she needs to get another job. Because obviously she doesn't like this one.

Sign says open. It’s only 9:58. Snobby older lady comes to intercoms and sarcasticly remarks. “It’s going to be a minute on chicken cause you know… we’re not open.” In a very rude way.Turn the sign off and you wouldn’t have this problem.

Sign shoes open. The illuminated sign. Get up to the drive thru to be told they closed. I usually have no problems cuz I work in the retail environment but if you are closed don't have the building screaming open. Come to find out the GM just wants to inconvenience his staff and customers over a timer that can be adjusted. Nice doing business with you

After more than 10 minutes I was informed we ran out of original but we have extra crispy is that ok. Didnt even say it will be.... before original is ready. Also the drink had no flavor & they said ok, never told me it was fixed. Not busy at all. Plenty of help I guy walking around with a headset the entire time. UPDATE; 30 MIN LATER STOLL TELL CUSTOMERS NO ORIGINAL

This is a good fast food place. The employees were very nice and at least 3 of them asked if they could help us while we were standing at the counter ordering and waiting for our food. And very nice when they were doing it!!! The chicken was great! With all the not so nice employees at other fast food restaurants that I've seen over the past few years, it's nice to be treated with friendly service! Congratulations to the management!!!

It was nice but the chicken pieces are a little on the small side. The cold slaw wasn't as good as normal also.
