Obviously H&R has done taxes for a long time. From walking in, talking with them and dropping off the paperwork to returning,verifying and signing, it was simple and professional.

I brought my mother in around 1pm and have never seen someone so rude and unprofessional. We were told on the phone that walk ins were welcome but turned away once we got there because it was going to be "to much work". It was a simple tax return. I watched my mother try to explain that and yet the woman at the front kept giving her dirty looks like she just couldn't be bothered. So we went across the street to Jackson Hewitt where they scheduled her an appointment with a smile. After a short wait they filed her taxes and helped her with any questions along the way. Shame on you for treating a potential customer like that after you welcomed them in over the phone and assured them you could help. How embarrassing. It was humiliating for my mom as you treated her like dirt in front of the customers in the waiting area. Even smirking at the other employee while she explained that she just wanted to file her 2022 taxes. Thank you Jackson Hewitt for treating people with kindness and respect.

I can not say enough about hr block in northport Wanda was terrific made getting our taxes done so easy answers all your questions from the time my husband and I walked in we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist I would recommend everyone go to this hr block
