“The staff and owners are exceptional at Hardin Allstate. I have been with them for 6 years and everytime I stop in or call they treat me like I am their only customer! When I found Hardin Ins. I had just purchased a home and 3 months later I lost my husband of 44 years and I was so lost and emotional...I was a mess! Katie and Mark took me under their wing, let me ugly cry and helped me with not only insurance matters but things that didn't even pertain to insurance. I was so lost and they helped me find my way. I can never repay them for the kindness and help they gave me. I have learned thru the years that they are like that with everyone!! I feel so very blessed to have found them. “A shopping cart or careless driver put a minor scratch in our new Honda. The repairs centers in this region are booked for three to four months, don't need the business and give quotes over $1,*** up to and surpassing $1,***. The tales of the incredible work they have to do to restore this very minor scratch are worthy of Ripley's, "Believe it or not". As a teenager 60-years ago I could have repaired this myself with a couple of hours on Saturday and Sunday -- todays space-age paint gives these repair companies with too much of a "license-to-steal". I called my Allstate agent and she said that their claims department would take care of everything with a phone call. That I have the premium plan and my rates would not go up and that I had accumulated points so there would be no deductible -- what's not to like? I will stay with Allstate for the foreseeable future.”
