Thank you to the gentlemen who helped me today. Dropping off donations I got a bit emotional. Had to go back and grab a couple of my Dad's shirts that I realized I wasn't ready to give up. These gentlemen brought our bags back out and searched with me till we found them. Just talking it out with them made my heart heal just a little more. Thank you again for your kindness and empathy ?

boy have times change. i went the good will to purchase some home items, the same reasons most people shop at the good will. i found some drinking glasses at 50% off with was the sale at the time. apparentley i got the guidelines for the "color" of the sticker. when i got to the register i was certain i was gonna get them at 50% off they would have been .50 each. well when i got to the register the cashier acted like i was getting a new car. she proceeded to question me about who told me that the glasses were 50% off..i was like "i dont know his name. but i got it wrong..but my issue is how the cashier treated me over some dogone glasses. why not sell the glasses to me where is the compassion for people??it was so shameful for me to stand there and go back and forth with her about some used glasses that were donated to your organization to help someone. it was clear that that young woman di not want me to ave the glasses. it was sad.

Manager body shammed my daughter... employees use profanity towards customers and treat customers horribly... if they don't like you they will trespass you and discriminate towards you if of a different race... no Repercussion for the workers only customers....

Some of the rudest employees & manager (NOT VIOLET) I have ever encountered! I shop at Goodwill stores all over & this one is the worst. Tried to talk w manager about my poor treatment & she YELLED at me--told me after I asked nicely why she was talking rudely to me & she said, "I'm the manager & I can say whatever I want." That was my last time in this Goodwill. I hope this manager can get anger management classes.

This Goodwill always has great finds, and the bargain outlet has the best deals you can get. I always have a positive experience here and the employees are very friendly and sociable.
