On the front of the store it says changing lives.
This is a lie they have no interest in helping people.

Very rude cashiers. I'm sorry but the older generation is just absolutely insufferable and think they can talk to anyone however they please. Also the prices here are absolutely insane. Why the hell is a HAND MADE BROKEN PAINTING priced for $80? Broken electronics for $30. Just save some time and go to Walmart. Hell, even home goods would probably be cheaper.

Nasty manager "Amy" not actually store manager - go above her head.

The store is very shabby and the selection
of products is usually subpar. The prices for a lot of items have become absurd. Give this store a pass and check out some of the true charity thrift shops in the area.

OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!’ Bad experience not a good manager Found a overall jump dress thought my daughter would like bought it brought it home I had payed 8 dollars for it then I’m looking for tags so I can wash it and I noticed two tags one from Walmart Original price was 14 dollars and Clarance for 3 dollars I was charged 7.99 from GOODWILL took it back today and told the girl what happened and she called a manager she said that’s not our tag when I showed her Walmart I said I know they Clarance it for 3 dollars your charging 7.99 she said yes that’s what our tag says I said so you think it’s ok to charge 8.00 for a garment that was donated that cost you nothing that has a tag of 3 dollars she said again our ticket say 7.99 so rude now if she was any kind of manager who valued the customer would have charged the 3 dollars and make sure that the person taging the clothes will check for other tags that are marked for less money that they are charging but that’s not what happened so I vow to never step foot in another GOODWILL they are out of control they think they are a retail store and charging out of control prices trust me it wasn’t the price it was the feeling of being dipped on a donated item that they gouge the people who shops there

Was there this morning, a Sunday at 9am and the color of the week was orange. Within 1hr, a Goodwill employee with a clothes rack was in the women’s section pulling all the orange color tags and putting them on the rack and taking them to the back room! By the time I left, I searched and could only find maybe 3 orange tags in the whole women’s department. What a SCAM! Why have a color of the week if your just going to pull it off the racks before anyone can shop?? Let me guess, to hide it in the back until the next color tag week then put it all back out on the floor. I asked to speak to a manager after relaying what I seen to the cashier, only to be told that the manager doesn’t work on Sunday. How convenient.

I have been donating my things to Goodwill at this location for years now but I will no longer donate here. There have been several incidents with the cash register's employees who are not very welcoming but I normally let it go. But today, I was very disappointed with the cash register named Lorrie. I have 17 items in my cart and half of it has not even been scanned, yet. She looked over my cart and asked me specifically if I had any jackets in the cart and I responded I have some dresses. Meanwhile, there are still items in my cart that need to be scanned. I felt very uncomfortable when she asked me to think that I was not handing her all the items inside my cart. Meanwhile, her counter was full of my items since she had not put them in the bag yet. So, I felt very uncomfortable and upset about this especially since I donate most of my things here. What happens to the value of customer service?

This location sucks compared to others. They charge premium pricing on clothing that no other store does this for same exact brand of clothes

Dropped off some donations today, as I do about every week, to the rudest employee I have ever encountered at Goodwill.
