I'm getting my hand gun license renewed so far everything looks to be ok I should be receiving my license with in 14 to 21 days I still would have liked to speak to a real person instead of an automated machine.

Extremely professional and well run office. Arrived for scheduled appointment and was extremely impressed with the entire office staff. I had to complete the class D license and was blown away by Tia who was very helpful throughout the entire process. She truly is an outstanding employee.

Like so many governmental agencies, they are trying to stop dealing with the public face-to-face and push you to use online services. What a major PITA!! Hard to call them and get an appointment for a CCW license.

This review is not due to this regional office, rather the Dept of Ag in general.This office has great women working there to do an excellent service for We Floridians.Having said that, the automated and online scheduling is pure garbage. You can't understand what the robot voice is saying let alone understand the website its telling you to go to.Our taxes never go down yet the state is ever shrinking its workforce and going to this garbage automation.I suggest keeping people to answer phones and make appointments. Time to vote for exactly that each and every November!

Horrible. The office never answers the phone, doesn't respond to voicemail. Can't get an appointment for renewing a license. They want applicants to do everything online but still want all the money without speaking, seeing or hearing from the applicants. I hold numerous license and have over 20 years renewing and applying for state licenses. Now it's absolutely horrible trying to get anything done.

Don't bother calling you can call all day and they just don't care enough to pick up it seems. Probably the worst office available.

The receptionist grey hair lady was rude cut me off while I was speaking. But the woman that took my picture had great costumer service. The security guard was, needs improvement he answered the door looking me up and down and said yes. He at work, not home. Kinda made mn feel like an unwanted houseguest. Then I noticed that he was talk texting.They wanted me to wear a mask, none of them had one on I was have given I star .But the lady that took my picture was so nice.
