“Let me start off by saying that this location is extremely friendly. All the sales representatives will greet you in a very speedy and timely manner. The place is extremely clean and in a nice area.My sales representative was Emily. She was extremely knowledgeable on almost every question I had. As I came from a different carrier, I was nervous about switching as we depend on technology in our daily lives. She handled all my concerns with ease and got the best deal for me. While many carriers offer promotions, I just felt as though T-Mobile had the best ones to group together to save money and maximize value.When it comes to just the pure buying experience , I feel as though many sales based employees will often turn a blind eye to many issues.
