Store itself is on but there are huge potholes in the fro t parking lot and when trying to get cut from the rear almost broke an axle

This has to be the most unprofessionally staffed pharmacy. At 9:50 a.m. this morning, we walked into this store and perused around for a few minutes until their pharmacy opened. At 3 minutes to 10 a.m., we waited in line behind an older gentleman.The pharmacy staff proceeded, behind the gates, to speak unprofessionally and rudely of the customers (including us) who were waiting for the pharmacy to open. The one young gentleman behind the pharmacy to quote stated, "Why don't people just wait for the text that their prescriptions are ready instead of wasting my time asking if its ready."The older gentleman waiting just shook his head and muttered "are you serious?" while my husband stated loudly "If you hate your job that much, just quit!"At this point, they decided to stop their conversation and open the pharmacy. They were no more pleasant than they were before they opened, where they acted as if they didn't know what Zrytec-D was, couldn't find it, so they just stated that they didn't carry it. Which they do but I wasn't going to get into an argument as we were already annoyed. We just walked out and went to Walgreens across the street.This is why this store looks like it closing and always empty. I am copying this review to their corporate office. The pharmacy is not busy any time I drive by nor does the store parking lot have more than 5 cars in it. Just tear it down and build another store in its place.

Extremely difficult getting touch with a pharmacist unless you're a healthcare provider, then when I get a hold of some using the provider line, the staff was sharp, and impatient. A prescription was called in by my doctor the day before I received no notification that it was ready for pick up, they called out the wrong number. needless to say they hang-up before I get the chance to give my correct number. CVS do better.

Very stupid people working here,especially in the pharmacy. Rude and nasty and ugly pharmacy employees, replace them all. They give off very bad vibes.

The cash register (Bear) was so helpful and inviting. He greeted everyone at the door and helped me work the photo computer very quickly. I usually hate going into stores and he made it so worth while! thank you!

Unbelievable. What the heck is going on over there?!?!?!!!!! Can't get through on phone, left 3 voice-mail, no call back, won't answer phone. You are about to get sued as my mom can't get her meds!!

Not sure what has happened to the pharmacy at this location in the last year! They are short staffed all the time and medications are on back order. Went 3 weeks without one of my medications and needed to have my doctor call in an alternative. Prescribed antibiotics last Thursday and when I called this morning (Tuesday) a very stressed and terse woman shortly told me it was in and would be ready in an hour. Should have finished my antibiotics today, not started them today. And they are antibiotics which are used for an infection.... 6 days.... I'm pretty sure they would not have cared if I went septic again, not their problem, right?!? They could have reached out to my doctor to see if there was an alternative or reached out to me to see if I wanted to try and have it filled elsewhere at a different CVS location. If I was someone who could not advocate for myself, who knows what would have happened. I know it isn't the staff's fault that they are short handed, but they don't need to take it out on their customers. CVS, you need to do better. Things are going down hill fast! Unfortunately, my insurance has us only using CVS for RX or I would have stopped using CVS years ago.

They have horrible customer service in pharmacy. I know they are very busy but if you can’t handle it then find another job no one wants to deal with rude people. I will NEVER fill a prescription there again i rather drive 30 mins then go there.

I’m for sure switching pharmacies. Half the time they can’t get my meds. Even birth control! And they are so slow too. I got like 10 texts that my prescription was ready then I come get it and it takes her 10 min to grab it. I don’t get it.

All I can say is this 1 location has be the most unprofessional and worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Especially needing medication for my mother who is diabetic. They’re 3 females who worked in Pharmacy that I will report. They didn’t have their name badges on but I will collect their names. The customer service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Totally speechless.
