Have gone to drive thru last two Saturdays to make a deposit, no cash back, just a deposit. First Saturday had to wait 10 minutes after I sent money thru the tube. This Saturday went to live teller and no one was there. Rang bell and still no one came. Is there a staffing issue, training issue? Have not had good experiences with Chase for a long time, but they do call and try to sell me stuff - that department works well!

This used to be a fine branch. The kids who work there now, don't know what they're doing, they have no manners, as if that wasn't bad enough, they get mad at you for asking for service, to the point where they literally practically kick you out. Every second word out of their mouth is "call customer service here's the 800 number" Who trains them?

Unless you’re a member of their exclusive “Millionaire’s Club” you’ll be ignored and disrespected as a client. The service is always reprehensible. Had to wait weeks for an appointment just to open an account. Nightmare ever since. App errors out and never works, branch does nothing about it. Whenever I go in there to make a withdrawal, the tellers snicker at me. Hey man, I live paycheck to paycheck like most people. I deserve respect as a client too. The absolute worst bank in North Port. Take your business to Truist, 5/3 or Charlotte State where they won’t treat you like a second class citizen.
