“I have been dealing with this company for over a year now and they always treat me with great respect and always try to help. Recently I ordered a small amount of trim and it has taken over 12 weeks to come in and it is still on back order. Since hearing this bad news Mike Malinowski stepped up and suggested away around the back order by ordering a different product and modifying it on a table saw to replicate the molding that was on back order. Mike and company went out of his way and had it transferred from another store and got it in one day! Thank you Mike!”
