The work bays were immaculate, the waiting area was like being in a living room, Free coffee, water and limited snacks available and free shuttle service. And, if you hungry for lunch or a snack, this facility is within easy walking distance - through the parking lot - to four restaurants. I was very satisfied.”

“I have always had a wonderful experience with Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center in North Port. Today in particular my service was hands down outstanding. My battery died in my car, I got a jump, went to a couple places to get a new battery, but no one could install it for me. With my car still running from my jump, I looked across the road and saw Tuffys. Their parking lot looked busy, so I knew they had to be open; EVEN ON A SUNDAY! I called and was greated warmly on the phone and told to come right over. The 2 workers there took care of my battery without hesitation. I was in and out in no time! It is no surprise to me why this place is always busy. These guys are hands down the best around, and have wonderful customer service skills. Thank you, Tuffy!”

“Bill is amazing! I was recommended by a friend to call him and WOW. He was at my house that day. Turns out my cars fuel pump went out. The same part that I had “fixed” 3 months earlier by another local mechanic. After running tests he was able to determine I was never even sold the part I was charged for from this local mechanic. Not only was I charged for something I never received but I was overcharged for the part I “supposedly” bought. A part that cost under $100 I was charged over $400. Lack of knowledge on my part. Bill ordered the correct part I needed and fixed my car all in my home for almost half the price. Not only that! He went to the local mechanic that “ripped me off” and demanded a refund for me. He is passionate about his job, and has a heart to help. Definitely recommend! Do yourself a favor and a save yourself a headache. Call Bill.”

“I am giving this small store 5 stars- I have read the reviews, and it amazes me - I have never seen anyone just standing around cause it is so busy! The employees seem to me like they never stop. Can they be short or grumpy well yes because people are impatient and unkind. I think they all do the best they can and for the amount of business they have that can be trying at times I am sure. So my suggestion is if your going in to get cheap cig’s or lottery or pay cash for the cheap gas- be patient folks- we are all human, not robots and please take note this is not a fast food restaurant nor a pre order pick up store. Smile at these hard workers, compliment them give them a chance! Just the opinion of someone who has been going into this little place for 10+ years.I miss you Kris, you were the best check out person ever! Thank you.”

“We've taken several cars to this Walmart Auto Center and every time service has been great. Our visits have included oil changes, tire replacement, flat repair, and battery replacement. Prices are the best in town and no pressure for unnecessary add-ons. However, when the staff does recommend a service they explain the reasons why they're important. All of the staff members are knowledgeable by answering our questions and explaining things in layman's terms. I highly recommend road hazard coverage when you purchase new tires. Check in/out process is simple by text notification when you're vehicle is ready.”
