Absolutely the most horribly run Walgreens I have ever been in in my entire life! The pharmacy is hardly ever open and apparently they have a two hour lunch break from 12 to 2 and those hours are not even posted anywhere. 2:05 and the pharmacy is still not open, so I bring it to the managers attention, and he has the audacity to have an attitude about it. I was actually stopping in this store to have my prescriptions and account switched Here because I just moved here, I will be finding a different Walgreens. Disgraceful.

I showed up for a passport photo and the camera is not working and doesn't look like it's been working for a long time. The NPB location should be taken off the website for passport photos. Such poor customer experience from Walgreens. Went to CVS at 312 Northlake and got the photo in 5 minutes. Go to CVS and be satisfied

Rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again. Not a single person in the store and the staff ignored me over and over. I dropped my stuff and left. Went to CVS across the street, and was greeted with a smile.

Mike in the pharmacy provides a great customer service experience. He's kind, genuine, and always professional no matter how busy it looks to be. This has been my home pharmacy for years and it's nice that picking up my prescription every month is a positive experience.

MATTHEW S. (Who didn’t want to give his name & told me no one higher up will make him fill my prescription very arrogantly, when I asked for his name to report) the pharmacy manager is the most unprofessional, arrogant, rude, person I have ever had to deal with at any pharmacy in my life. He should not have a job there. He treated me awful, told me I pass another Walgreens to come to them. To switch all my scripts there. I have been coming to them for over a year now. I chose that location because the people were very nice, and accommodating. MY MISTAKE. Matthew S. Should not have a job in this industry or dealing with people period. One of the rudest humans I have encountered. Now thank you I have to switch all my perscriotions to a farther location 2 weeks before I have to move over 4 hours away. Thank you so much for making everything much more stressful than it’s already been. THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. DONT GO HERE.

This is my go to drug store in the Northern Palm Beach area. I've had photos developed here, gotten vaccinations, and regularly drop in for drug store related purchases. It's quiet and clean compared to other options in the area.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY IN ALL OF PALM BEACH COUNTY FROM BOCA TO JUPITER! First off, they make u wait without any agnoligment for half a hour and then tell u that they'll be right with you,⏱️10 mins later u finally talk to a upset and negative asian lady or one of her lazy and negative overweight techs. This pharmacy has lost my prescription papers more than once and have been blatantly disrespectful to the point I was even CALLED A " JUNKIE " bye the assistant manager or pharmacist(not sure which) even though I've not so much as had a beer in a decade and can prove it. This past time I'd had enough and that's why I'm writing this. I went to fill 2 scripts I'd just gotten from my doctor of Seroquel 200mg and Xanax 2mg twice a day. I just got lowered from 3 times a day on the Xanax a few months prior. I gave my ? and scripts ?to the Walgreens pharmacist ??⚕️and was told my ? was expired so they couldn't fill. I said I had a new ? at home I could bring when I come to pick up my meds and they said no that I would have to get it first. I drove all the way back home and came back and now the same pharmacist (asian lady in her 50's with a huge forehead) says she won't fill it cause my Xanax are too high an amount. I say it's only TWO ✌️? ? 's daily and that is what my doctor of 10 years prescribed me after a private consultation and as u know I was on 3 pills daily and have been on this medication for 20 years and now I'm on just 2 and you're saying 2 a day is too much for you to fill⁉️She said more than 1 pill a day is too much ‼️ Obviously she did this for personal reasons and not cause of the amount since she personally had previously filled my Xanax when I got 90 instead of 60 each month. This is bye far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to and since I've gone to appox ? over the course of 19 years so that's saying a lot. As I said before, they've even ripped up my script before and lost my meds more than once. My count on my scripts has been off three times also and always bye 10 pills. So she's likely taking 10 out my bottle and got almost caught since I reported it and now her anger won't let her do her job! She's overriding a damn doctor!!

BEWARE OF HORRIBLE PHARMACIST MATTHEW S. Another lady left a review regarding him at this pharmacy as well as it was spot on. Here is my story. Yesterday, 3-20-23, I called Walgreens to inquire why my rx has been sitting untouched for 6 days with a "pending review " status. I figured they were dealing with insurance because they always do this and never call me to help me they wait until I call to ask them. I called and was put on hold 3 times . I heard the pharmacy associates talking about me while they thought I was on hold... After a while I spoke to the Matthew and he started to ask me if I'm taking other medication because he was seeing something on the computer that interacts with the med I was taking. I told him yes I was but I refused to disclose what it was. He told me that I could either tell him or he can search it in the database. He then asked me why I am using 2 pharmacies . This is when it gets ironic... I stated I do not have to disclose that and it was a personal choice. He then accused me of "doctor shopping" because I have two doctors that I get prescriptions from. Since he is a pharmacist after all, you would think he knows the difference between 2 specialists ( different fields of SPECIALTY) , and that they are used for completely separate medical issues. Neither one of my doctors could possibly prescribe me the necessary medications together because there are TOTALLY different problems and they don't have the authorization to write prescriptions for certain things. The reason I had to use 2 pharmacies ? It's because Matthew decided that about 6 months ago he felt "uncomfortable" filling my rx that I take every day and need in my life . This is after almost a year of filling it at this exact location . I had to find another pharmacy because of this and I was so upset because Due to the fact he denied me right before the weekend I was out of meds and could have had serious complications . Going back to yesterday, after denying to answer many questions of his interrogation he then told me to hold and I spoke to a manager who did nothing. Matthew came back on the line and he told me he can't fill my rx because i won't answer him. So then I gave up some information against my rights to privacy !! Then he asked me if I knew the side effects to which I said yes. He told me to state them out loud for him, ( I have NEVER been treated this way or asked to do something like this). After I replied with a few side effects, he said " yeah , so thats why I won't fill your rx , I don't feel "comfortable" . Just like he told me the time before and the lady in the other review I saw. He is on a power trip 100% and says that no one is above him. **Complaint filed with medical board of pharmacy and corporate . ** I now get my medications both from the same pharmacy and don't have to drive to 2 places Inconveniently. The only reason I stayed with them for the other rx was because it 1 min from my house. I rather drive 5 miles away and not ever be treated this way away. I have zero issues now and my pharmacy is accommodating and have zero problem filling any of my doctor ordered prescriptions . They are prescribed for a REASON. My doctors would not allow it if it was any other way. Do not go to this pharmacy if you want to be treated like a human being who matters .

If I could rate this place -100 I would, store is a mess, employees are aggressively rude & prescriptions take THREE days to fill. On my last visit, my prescription wasn’t filled due to missing a diagnosis code, after some research on the Florida state website it seems to be false information. I recently had extensive surgery & when explaining I’m out of my prescription, one of the staff showed me a scar on her arm & said her injury was worst, it was extremely disturbing as wasn’t there to compete about whose injury is worst with the employees. It’s a big stressful waste of time when picking up prescriptions should be easy, to top it off the pharmacist cussed me as I walked out.

Do not use this pharmacy for prescriptions. The pharmacy manager, Matthew S. is the worst, most egotistical, power hungry individual I've ever come across in my 64 years. I live in Fl for 6 months of the year and until recently resided in PA for the remainder of the year (for 13 yrs.) Last year we bought a home in MA and now spend part of the yr. there. I loved my doc in PA-She has seen me through breast cancer etc. I still fly there to see her for my annual physical and care. I brought a written prescription from her for Ambien to be filled by Mr. S and he made feel like a criminal, telling me to sit while he verified it was legit. He call the doc who is employed by the University of Pittsburgh and is board certified( which the script indicated) and returned to tell me yes it's "legit" but I am not comfortable filling it. You need a local doctor..Who is he to tell me what doc I see?!!! Then he looked and said I see you've had this filled at Publix in the past why not go there.( I'll bet Walgreens corporate would love hearing that he tells customers to go to the competition!) I told him there are no Publix in the north when we are there in the summer and it's easier to transfer scrips within Walgreen locations because they're everywhere. He was nasty. I took the prescription to another location and had no problem, clearly just him on a power trip. I called in a re-fill recently again to this location(big mistake) from a LOCAL doc and guess what he has now put a policy in place where certain prescriptions cannot be refilled sooner than 24 hours from the re-fill date. Mine was due for a refill at 90 days, but looking at the date of the original fill of 11/2/22, I was told it couldn't be filled again until 2/1/23, that's actually 92 days, due to 31 days in Dec, and 31 in Jan...so I was out of the drug and being denied a legitimate refill, which is probably illegal. If this were a critical drug he could be causing harm. This is his personal policy, not Walgreens. I am reporting him to the FL pharmacy board and Walgreens corporate. He is terrible! His staff is wonderful and was very apologetic recognizing that it wasn't right, but they couldn't do anything. Take my advice DO NOT use this pharmacy, nothing but a hassle.
