Congratulations on your new ownership. I frequently visit the store when it's necessary. The environment is typically chaotic and cluttered, but it has been transformed dramatically under the new management. Everything appears tidy, neat, and well-organized. It feels like a genuine store, not someone's basement. This will no longer be a cause for dread visiting the U.P.S facility from now on. Ingrid at the front desk can certainly be described as the most gracious and dedicated member of the team. Round applause and continued commendation for your exceptional work.

They refused to answer the phone at this location before 10 AM. I needed to get information about having something notarized and then once I got there, they said they couldn’t notarize it because I’d signed it already. They wouldn’t even notarize it after I waited out my signature so they could see it. I had my identification with them, but the girl was completely obstinate and would not sign it. They were both kind of pokey and slow to help me to begin with. I don’t know this place has a rating as it does, but they don’t want to help you.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Jendaya at your UPS store.
Jendaya truly made my day! She is incredibly helpful and friendly to customers. During my visit, she noticed that I am pregnant and graciously offered with moving my large cardboard box to the recycle bin. Her attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond her duties are truly commendable.
It is employees like her who make a significant difference in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Please convey my sincere appreciation to Jendaya for her outstanding service. She is a true asset to your team, and I hope her efforts are recognized and celebrated.

Very efficient, friendly service. They offer so many services that you can notarize, photocopy, and ship within minutes.

1 star until you post a sign banning dogs coming in to the store. All the poor employees were cleaning smeared dog poop from the carpet earlier today and attending to a woman freaking out because she stepped on and entire bottom of her sandal was caulked in dog poop. The staff is awesome but they are not septic tank technicians. Shame on the management - you couldn't pay the staff enough for their hard work. I'll change my review to 5 stars when you ban dogs.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but there’s a new employee there her name started with a J but she was extremely helpful with making sure my grandparents were able to ship their packages. They are really old and they needed a lot of help the young lady went out of her way to call me, to make sure they were shipping to the right address. It’s very rare you find people who goes out of their way to help you. She’s so good I don’t even think she should be working for UPS. My grandparents said she was new so I hope they can keep an employee like her.

The employee was making inappropriate comments about my outfit. Asking me questions about my appearance. He was cursing to other employees as well and having side conversations (fooling around/joking ) to another employee while myself and others were waiting to be helped.

Fast friendly service. Easy to get in and out with good parking right by the entrance usually available. And they are actually open according to their posted hours. Other UPS stores nearby are often not open during their posted hours.
