This is the worst branch. No regard for anyone’s time. They all just whisper to themselves and chat even though there’s a big line. The guy who I think is the manager is flippant and doesn’t even acknowledge the huge line. Just types away on his computer doing work that I’m sure could be done when there is not a large line. A simple banking transaction should not take 30 minutes. It’s not an accceptable amount of time to wait, and this is NOT the first time.

I had reason to go to a branch of TD Waterhouse Bank today in the Northlake Promenade Shoppes to solve a problem with my account that took 5 minutes. The staff kept me and two other people waiting for over an hour. The manager even had ’the nerve’ to spend about 20-30 minutes on his computer knowing full well that he could have attended to customers first. Obviously, at this branch they don’t respect a customer’s time. No one seemed to be in a rush to work with waiting clients. I’ll never use that branch again.

Worst bank ever. They hold my business check deposits for 6 business days. Shutting me down upsetting my workers because their pay is delayed. I wouldn't wish this bank's shenanigans on my worst enemy. I'm done with you TD Bank. I warned you the last time. As soon as this check clears American Quality Painting CFL LLC is thanking their business elsewhere. How do you all expect a business to operate with no working capital?

This bank has caused me so many problems and I will never bank with them again. Still waiting on a lien release. Everything they do takes way too long, 7 to 10 business days to process and lien release? The car is paid off and that should already be updated in the system literally any other bank I've ever dealt with can email it to me on the spot but they don't do email lol only snail mail and fax machines? I have no idea how this bank is in business and I warn any one of my family to stay as far away as possible. Get better systems to get things to customers quicker. The fact that they didn't update the title showing the car was paid off when it's been paid off for 10 years is insane to me. It should automatically be updated by them to the DMV. Also on my boyfriend's car who has an account with them they didn't submit the insurance paperwork so long story long it's been months and we're still trying to get a lien release for that vehicle as well.

It’s not bad.i left wellsfargo and joined TD and pretty happy so far. Banker was very polite and helpful. It’s cheaper and I save more money using this bank then wellsfargo

Had to make a rare Saturday deposit and thought the branch was open until 2:00pm. Got there and saw the drive-through closed, but the lobby lights were on, so I figured I'll go to the inside teller. Unfortunately, the doors were locked and the teller who came to the door said they closed at 1:00pm. When I asked the time, the teller said, 'it's almost 1:10pm'. When I said that I just wanted to make a deposit, the teller said, 'let me see what I can do' and opened the door to take my deposit. A minute or so later the teller returned with my deposit receipt.The teller didn't have to do that. The teller could have just said to come back when the bank opened on Monday, but this teller didn't do that and for that, I'm very appreciative and want to acknowledge this branch and the people that work there. Thanks!

I was making a deposit and had missed a check on my records. Marisa in the drive thru was amazing. She let me know I missed a check and then went back and found the check and showed it to me so that I could record it. I would have been driving myself crazy to figure out which check I missed. Marisa gets 10 stars. If you are ever going through the drive thru, get her some black coffee with sugar! Give this woman a raise and promotion!!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION ‼️‼️‼️ I highly recommend not using this location for any of your needs. I stopped in yesterday to open a new account and was treated like I wasn’t even there by one of the employees. I thanked them 3 different times without getting a response back from them. The other employee I was working with didn’t know what to do when it came to opening a new account. She had to keep getting the other lady Jackie to help out with opening this account. I got nothing but attitude from this employee Jackie if I’m spelling her name right. She was very, very rude!!!! I was very uneasy ? when I left there. I did not feel like anything was taken care of properly. I had to call customer service later that evening to make sure everything was properly taken care of. I could keep going on about all of the issues I had yesterday, but it would be a lot more to say. Basically if you decide to go to this location, you will not get the customer service you deserve.

I feel sorry for TD bank in north lake, very baaad altitude from the employee, this is the second time that happened to me
