My mother is a patient, they sold her a distillate pen and told her it was live resin. Had her buy four 0.3 gram carts instead of a single full gram for less $$. What a blatant rip off scamming older people who don’t know enough about the product. This state needs to go legal so bad.

Just stopped into this Branch for my first time and got an eighth of gaspar's grape (see picture) Emmanuel was really cool and you helped us out a lot, got a bunch of stuff only spent $60 love that!!!

The cashier named Paige, Is absolutely outstanding and sweet!! She’s always Got a smile on and turns my frown upside down when I walk in. I always get so excited when I see her, She seriously has made every last trip to you guys Such a great experience and is partly why I enjoy coming in all the time. Shes super fast and knowledgeable, and has always helped me when I come in looking like dory from finding Nemo expect I’m finding my stash ??

My wife and I had the best experience. Paige was fantastic and so polite. Helped us get the right stuff and had awsome deals. We are for sure coming back to this place and always getting Paige she knew her stuff . Very happy with her service today.

Surterra Wellness of North Palm Beach gets my recommendation, b/c everyone there is friendly and helpful and kind, plus they offer '"great" promotions and everyone is very professional! Similar competitors fall short b/c their business is not conducted professionally, sorry.
Their phone app is awful.
It's changed multiple times and now I actually cannot log into it. It doesn't remember my login data and I have to re-enter all my information every time.
Sad when you think about it.

This is the second vape cartridge from them that has done this. I complained and they said I had the heat too high but I have it on the lowest setting. Ever since they switched the tips of their float vape cartridges the wax is clogging the airway and you can’t draw anything into your mouth except wax. Yuck.

Used to be the only dispensary I would go to for years. The inconsistency of product has turned me away from here. You can no longer get certain strains. Reclassifying the strains. Maybe one day you will get things together. Maybe use feedback from your patients? I only gave 1 star because it doesn’t allow 0.
