They never answer their phones. I have been trying to get in touch all day they answer and immediately hang up the phone. Do not go to this clinic they have 0 customer service and either need to be fired or closed down

I took my pup there last fall for yearly physical after my local vet retired. Staff was nice but Vet was just ok barely interacting with my boy. He developed an allergy and instead of discussing possible causes (it was chicken) I was told to bring him in for monthly for shots. I found them to be expensive with quite of few up charges including additional charge for using a credit card. I found another place through word of mouth for my other dog much more suitable and truly animal friendly.

DANGEROUS! I have gone to prosperity animal clinic for many years with more than one of my pets. The vet was amazing so caring and we never had a problem. Do not be fooled. They have now sold the practice, and the vet that has taken over is not only awful but dangerous! My dog has been on the same flea, tick, heart med for years and yesterday my husband went in and they gave him the wrong med which has made our baby extremely sick . Instead of them taking accountability they blame us for it . My husband isn’t who usually picks the meds up , I am . I was not home when he gave our dog his med and now we have a big problem on our hands. They have his chart and info , why wouldn’t you look at what he has been on ? LAZY, RUDE, and Unprofessional. Also the med they gave him happens to be more expensive , go figure.

We came into WPB to jump over to the Bahamas, needed wellness papers for our animals. They were great, very cooperative, helpful and knowledgeable in the paperwork.

Super impressed!!! This place is under new ownership and what a difference it’s made… The service was exceptional- I brought my cat in because she developed a limp- they discussed treatment options with me, involving me in every step of the process, and gave me two different medications that are already making a difference. My cat is extremely challenging to deal with- I’ve had to leave other vets because they said she is ‘unmanageable’, but Dr. Rodriguez handled her so well, it was amazing. I can’t say enough good about my experience. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know.

We are very happy we chose this animal clinic to process our Bahamas pet travel paperwork. They knew exactly what was necessary. They were able to do it quickly. They were able to print out our required travel documents, and of course, were extremely kind, friendly and efficient. While there I saw them work with traditional pet customers, and again, I specifically noticed how kind and caring they were both to the animals and the owners they were working with. I would highly recommend them both for my kind of service as well as for traditional long-term customers.

When there is a doctor available, it is great. However, the past few times there is never one there to take care of your animal and it is on "their" time what about my animal and its health.

I rarely write reviews but the experience I had at this operation was rough so this will be the first bad review I’ve ever written. There’s a lack of organization, communication, accountability & emotional intelligence in this place. I’m sure they’re going to reply with their own justifications & excuses but they can’t delete the truth despite the white lies. I came here to have my dog cremated & the hispanic woman working at the desk had me fill out no form but a tiny sheet of paper with my name, number & address (which they promised to ship to Orlando) after I paid for the job. She told me it would take 7-10 days for her body to be processed. That was 11/25 & I am only picking her ashes up almost 3 weeks later 12/14. The reason for this is because upon me leaving they left her in a freezer & lost the piece of paper they had me fill out. I call them 10 days later & 10x then decided to leave a voice message. I waited 3 more days & called them again. This time the hispanic woman at the desk answered & she told me that the paper she had me fill out got thrown out & so they lost all of my info but luckily had the purchase invoice. They also had a change in owners within the days of me dropping her off. Then the new owner comes on the phone with me & proceeds to tell me that her body has already been processed at the cremation location. They were waiting for my call back & didn’t have a voice mail set up. At this point I am making sure they have my information put into their system correctly so I am telling them to read the address I want them to send to back to me. At this point the owner is being short with me because I am holding them accountable for their lack of organization & communication. Before I could give my number to him he hangs up the phone on me. So I call him back immediately & make sure that he takes my number down so they can actually update me when the ashes are shipped. Today they call me back & tell me her ashes are at the vet waiting to be picked up. So yet again they lost my info because I wanted them to ship to the address in Orlando. So rather than putting more trust into their disorganization I decided to pick her ashes up. When I arrived to the vet the new owner was at the desk with a pack of cigarettes sitting on top of the desk with 1 cigarette out & ready. Even though he told me over the phone she was already at the cremation place & he now tells me she was in the freezer until I called to check in. As heart broken I am I was very calm in trying to communicate the things that didn’t add up with their work. Rather than hearing me out he continued to justify & dismiss anything I had to say. Now I arrive home with the ashes because I rather deliver her to Orlando myself when I look at what was prepared they spell my last name wrong. So because of this touchy situation that was handled poorly I had to write this review as a warning to those that feel like they can trust their heart to a disorganized operation that doesn’t seem to care. I pray that they’re able to learn more about organization, clear communication & emotional intelligence because that is what is needed most when handling our little furry friends.

We've been bringing our pets to Prosperity Animal Clinic for over 10 years for both veterinary and grooming services. They were always very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately something has changed. Our last 2 grooms were very disappointing. Today we needed an appointment for one of our dogs. He has been an established patient there since he was a puppy. He has severe diarrhea for 2-3 days which we were unable to control. Called for an appointment and we're told by a very rude man that they couldn't see him until Monday. Five days. Are you kidding me. Obviously we took him to another veterinary clinic just down the road. They were happy to help. He was given several medications and put on a special diet. I am so disappointed. We will never be back.
