Horrendous wait time 2%plus tax to cash a check from pnc themselves one teller actively taking customers is unacceptable especially on a Friday unprofessional at best

I recently had a terrible experience with PNC Bank that left me deeply disappointed and confused. I had an appointment at the Lake Park branch on Northlake Blvd., I waited for over an hour and never spoke with a banker. When banking personnel finally decided to acknowledge me, I decided to walked away in utter disbelief. This banking institution is clearly not interested in growing their business or attracting new customers.

Unbelievable.. try and withdraw 5000 from the checking account, and they tell me 3000 limit unless I order money ahead of time... this is after I just left the PGA branch only to be told that the branch is cashless unless you use the atm.. after I came in person the manager was able to accommodate the 5000

Not impressed with them, actually so disappointed in the service, non- service received at the Lake Park branch on Northlake Blvd that I closed an estate account because I was told that I was unable to speak to the Branch manager.Our family account was at this branch since 1977 ( 46 year!! ) previously Fidelity Federal.An account well over - well - that’s personal.Well enough that when I closed the account we emailed the President and CEO WILLIAM DEMCHAK in the corporate offices to alert him of his horrible team at this branch.I refused to set foot back in that location on Northlake Blvd and closed the account on PGA and Military trail. To that branches credit I was treated kindly and it is too bad that it just wasn’t convenient to bank at that location. The manager there was very professional, and wanted to retain me as a customer but it was too late because of the experience at our HOME branch on NORTHLAKE in LAKE PARK!!!!!If you think you want to open an account at that location I would tell you not to and run , drive get away from them because if you need A MANAGER’S assistance, you will be treated with NO respect !I don’t demand, I expect service especially if it has to do with money.It doesn’t grow on trees and requires a lot of work to accumulate!Good luck to the unlucky ones that step through their door.

Lost my business. Did not want to open an account because it’s Saturday afternoon.Bank is still technically open as I write the review.I work long hours and this is the only time I can start an account.No accommodation. Just bad business sense.

Be very careful about the drive up ATM loves to eat money. Then you have to call and wait to receive your cash back.

Worst banking system has to be if anybody disagreed please let me know customer service stinks over our 20 minutes to be seen short staffed from what they say and they got a habit of letting people take money out of your account without you authorizing yeah I'm here to definitely close my account

I am happy with their customer service. I would like to see more opportunities to meet with account specialists but overall, I am happy with their service. One of the tellers, I can't remember her name, was so sweet helping me get myself together with all kinds of change and small bills for a garage sale. I like this branch. Drive-thru is quick, they have 2 ATMS, and the location is always clean and quaint. Overall, a very good branch for PNC.
