What a fun afternoon! The rental can't be beat! Best bang for my buck. I got a half day paddleboard rental and they threw in a large dry bag since I didn't have one. I paddled leisurely to peanut island to snorkel. Awesome day.

Don't buy a boat from them. They don't back it up and they delivered mine damaged and with missing parts. Go anywhere else.

Daniel and his team provided us EXCEPTIONAL service for our inflatable tender repair. Quick turnaround. Fair price. Extremely satisfied. The WORST experience ever had. The prices are ridiculous fyi. Should e known better and shopped b4 hand. Secondly the service/parts department are the most laziest incompetent employees. Stay away don't walk but run away from here

The bottom job that was done had paint pealing off. It was only 6 months old. The vendor they subbed the job out to died. They said no problem bring the boat back. When I picked it up 4 days later the complete bottom was redone.... Two coats primer, two coats Pettit. NO CHARGE. I have been using them for 5 years. They are wonderful. Thanks Daniel appreciate your help in getting my problem corrected. Your company truly guarantees their work.

Thank you to Glenn. I bought my first kayak and the racks to place it on the top of my car. Glenn was super helpful in helping me select which Kayak would be best for me. Also when the racks came in, he put them on himself, with assistance from another guy. They also taught me how I could load the kayak on my own and tie it down. I would also like to thank Steve, who gave me a lot of recommendations, and good tips on how to do things and future kayaking trips. I would recommend shopping here they have a wide assortment of kayaks, paddle boards, and all sorts of fun water sports equipment.

Excellent Customer Service experience. The guys (unfortunately did not get the names) were very helpful, I asked a lot of questions and they answered patiently. We rented a two person kayak at the spot, no previous reservation. We are planning to come back soon. Highly recommend this place for your kayaking experience. I’ve had ongoing issues with a brand new 2023 Crownline 270 XSS and it’s frankly exhausting. Finger pointing at fellow staff, constant staff change over, incorrect information by the business office resulting in wasted time, inexperienced staff who are not customer service oriented, hidden fees. Super nice and accommodating until you’ve purchased and then downhill from there. Do not recommend.

being addressed...I purchased a 2023 37 cross cabin in December 2022 from Nautical Ventures. I have a sliding door delivered that was cracked and still not fixed( and now no one seems to know about it or who was working on it), installing the stove has proven impossible and still no registration or proof I paid taxes on it. They don’t return calls or emails. The Axopar is 9.5/10. Buy your boat Axopar elsewhere. They can it ship it Florida no matter where you buy it.The owner seems to read these so maybe something will be addressed…..
