Let’s see where do I start? I purchased my car the last week of July and two days later I heard my brake squeaking so I messaged my advisor and he requested I come in and have it checked so I came in the following week to get my brakes checked and I was told nothing is wrong with them. They took them off my car and sanded them down and gave me the car back saying they’re just brand new so the next day they’re still squeaking later on in the week the ABS light came on as well as my traction control light saying that it needed service so I called the dealership immediately and I was given an appointment for a week later. The day before my appointment, my car started making a really loud noise and I deemed it not safe to drive to the dealership which was over 40 minutes away. I called the dealership and was on hold and waiting for a callback for four hours while I was on the side of the road to see if I can get the roadside assistance of Mazda to come pick me up, I ended up paying my own tow truck and when I got to the dealership, they told me they wouldn’t even be looking at the car until possibly two days later, my car was finally looked at and I was told I had a speed sensor issue so they replaced that and tell me I can pick up my car today. I went today at 5 o’clock to pick up my car and I drove it off the lot and I instantly heard the same noise I was complaining about still going on , so I drove back to the dealership and talk with the service advisor who can drive with him in the car and show him the noise that I’m talking about. I was told I would have to leave my car again so that they can do another inspection. The service advisor also told me that the tech told him nothing was wrong with my brakes or anything else I was also told my service advisor wouldn’t be in the next day so I have to wait two days to hear any update about my car and by the time they came up with an issue solution for my issue it was already past 6 o’clock and all the rental places nearby we’re closed , and I wasn’t given any loaner or any way to accommodate me for not having a vehicle to get back home when I live an hour away. Horrible Customer service

I just purchased a used 2021 RAM 1500 from this dealership, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience. Maikol and Eugene went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They were incredibly thoughtful in helping my elderly father move around the dealership while we traded in his truck. Eugene truly fought for the best value on my trade-in, and I’m so grateful for his efforts. This dealership made us feel valued and well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

DON'T TRUST THEM:
Mark Korakas is a liar. He can agree with you on something in person, but later he won’t answer your texts or calls.
Eugene Jones: This one might test drive your car if you’re planning to trade it in. Be aware, they will tell you they will pay off your car, but they won’t. They will pay a large portion of your debt, but not the entire amount, and they will roll the difference into the new debt for the new vehicle. He won’t say or explain that to you. In fact, they will run your credit, asking for financial options for the total of the new vehicle plus your past debt, and he will ask for more down payment up to three times, making you believe your credit is insufficient.
Charles Lauria, financial manager, will sell you GAP insurance and used to add a prepaid maintenance plan for $3,500 without the customer’s authorization. He won’t provide you the form/contract on the day of purchase so you don’t discover this charge, and if you text or email him, he will avoid you and send documents from another customer: a privacy violation. He also won’t help you cancel the prepaid plan, lying and saying it’s non-cancelable, when it actually is.
THIS IS HOW THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS. MAZDA IS A GREAT BRAND, BUT NOT THIS DEALERSHIP.
I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING ABOVE.

Update- after posting my honest review I received a call and rude text from Tony Burba, see attached screenshot.
**Do not recommend.** I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. Although I’m happy with the car itself, I would not recommend doing business here due to misleading communication and poor customer service.
The main issue was inconsistent and unclear communication. The salesperson, Ben Kairalla, would say one thing, while the sales manager, Tony Burba, would say something completely different. During negotiations, Tony mentioned that the total price of the car could be brought down to $14,000 or $14,500. However, when it came time to finalize the sale, the price was $14,970. Tony then claimed that when he said "$14K," he meant $14,970. That’s a significant difference, and anyone would understand that $14K and $14,970 are not the same. In my opinion, Tony will say whatever is necessary to close the deal.
There were other minor discrepancies during the process, but the core issue remained: I felt misled and could not trust the dealership. Additionally, before I made the purchase, I received an email from the General Manager, Ben Cekovic, asking if I had any questions. I responded with questions since my salesperson was off that day, but I never heard back from anyone until I reached out again the next day. This lack of follow-up only added to the frustration.
In the end, I hope the dealership is happy with the extra $970 they squeezed out of me. I will never do business here again, and I will actively discourage others from buying from this dealership.
**If you still decide to purchase from here, make sure you get everything in writing—don’t trust any verbal promises.**

I have been a Mazda owner for over 20 years. Every dealership I've ever dealt with has provided swift and professional service. In June I had an oil change done at this location. I mentioned my gas cap had come off to the service assistant PHIL and he ensured me he would order the part, get it spray painted to match the car and let me know when it would available. It is now September and I have not received any calls or emails regarding my part. The one time I actually got someone on the phone a month ago, she told me they did not have an order put in for me and sent me to someone's phone where they sent me to voicemail. I have called several times since then, no one picks up the phone or they send me to voicemails which are never returned. I called PHIL and left a message with him directly and he has yet to give me the status of my part. I do not write reviews but it has been 3 months without a follow up or explanation and there is no reason to not call me back. So unfortunately I now have to publicly post this on their business page in the hopes PHIL or whoever does their job and contacts me about this part. And lastly, I'll mention their oil change took 2.5 hours...I will never be going to this dealership again, this is the first time in 2 decades Mazda has truly disappointed me.

We dropped off our Mazda for an oil change. We always have a good experience when dealing with this dealership. Mike from the service department is always very helpful and professional. We highly recommend this dealer if you're looking to lease or buy a car.
