Won’t even accommodate a last minute emergency & will charge you. I get time = money, but a doctor’s office will be more reasonable in understanding things happen out of our control. Going to support local instead of franchises.

Horrible management and poor customer service. I will never come to this location again. Book at your own risk.

Very competent front desk and I've found THE best therapist I've ever had!

I wish I could give a negative 1. This place was once well-run with ethics and customer service. This is no longer the case, even their best employees have left. They illegally charged my credit card for someone else's missed appointment and it took 4 phone calls to clear it up. The manager was nasty and would not take me for my word, she needed to do "her research" to figure out how it happened. Why is that important to me? It's an error and a fraudulent charge that I did not authorize- that's all we need to know. She was rude, did not apologize for the errors, the inconvenience or the fact that I kept having to call back. I cancelled my membership. Don't go here- they are more concerned with getting their $105 for one massage than they are with fixing an error and keeping a loyal customer of 7 years. She wouldn't even give me the name of the person above her for me to go to, said she couldn't. Nope... also reporting them to corporate and the BBB. Massages are supposed to relax you and give you peace, this experience gave me high blood pressure and grey hair. Boo hiss Massage Envy PGA! Not sure what happened to you... but I don't even have an owner to call because your incompetent manager wouldn't give me the public information. That's okay, I will communicate with Google, Yelp, Corporate, the BBB and everyone I know on social media.

Excellent therapeutic massage by Charlene to work out an upper back issue that has bothered me for 3 weeks (I should have gone to see her sooner!) I will return soon to make sure the muscle stays loose before starting a strength training program. I was also very impressed by the professional and well spoken staff person Sean (or Shawn) who checked me in. Yes, Massage Envy has a lot of offerings to choose from (and I see from other comments that folks might feel this is an up sell) but I am pretty comfortable declining and also found the base rate was reasonable so add-ons don’t offend me. I highly recommend Charlene, and I’m grateful for her skillful work.

Bizarre set of experiences today. Upon check in I was required to give them my drivers license and they had to keep a photocopy for “medical reasons”. requirement of new owner apparently? I told them this felt very invasive and unusual but they didn’t care anout my experience. many other annoying misses in the management of this location. my massage therapist himself was awesome, but every other aspect of the management of this location was disappointing. I won’t be back.

My husband had a membership at this location. He went in person to fill out cancellation form. They continued to charge us and then when called to rectify the issue was told by the manager they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have “evidence” it was cancelled. Beware of their shady business practice.

I had a massage with Charlene yesterday, and this review is not so much about the actual massage, but more about the sales tactics of the location. Once I was situated on the table, the up selling began. First Charlene suggested CBD lotion which is an additional charge of $30. More on this later. At the completion of my 50 minute massage, I was told I should have taken a 90 minute massage. She felt I did not get the full benefit of the massage. I totally get that and agree. Here is where I had my issues. As I attempted to pay for my service I am once again met by the person who checked me in. She informed me that my massage therapist said I need a 90 minute massage since I really did not get what I needed, and she wanted to schedule it right now. I said please let me think about it since I may not be here later in the week. I only live here part time. This is where I started getting angry. Next came the pressure to purchase a membership for only $70 per month or $840 per year. Every scenario was explained. Once again I explained I am only here part time at which time I was told there were locations near where I live up north. She kept pressing. Now keep in mind I just had a relaxing massage, and am only in a semi conscience state at this point. Now as this is going on, my therapist is about to start another client and of course she was up selling the CBD lotion which he had already purchased. I then saw her make a comment to the girl indicating she sold another. It was not even subtle. There is clearly a push to pad the bill with CBD lotion. My suggestion is to avoid it as I did not feel it did much of anything. Again, this is just my opinion. To summarize my experience, the massage was ok but the full court sales press absolutely ruined my experience. I understand a business needs to sell services to make money but this was totally unprofessional.

I pretty much had the same experience as Jennifer M did. The massage was average at best and this location seems to be more about upselling than anything else. They push the CBD lotion for only $30 additional and try to immediately book an additional appointment as you are leaving. On top of that is the endless sales pitch and their refusal to accept the word no. After a massage, I tend to be very relaxed and the last thing I want to do is discuss additional services and contracts. This place tries to use this to their advantage. On top of that when my therapist suggested the CBD lotion, they physically make you sign a document while on the massage table. So you have to flip over, read the waiver and sign. It was so tacky. I would never come back here. The whole experience just left me angry.

I gifted my husband a massage for a relaxing 90 minute massage. That is absolutely not what he got. He at first was asked what's wrong with him and he said nothing. Then the sales lady said well we will add aromatherapy to the massage. My husband said wait is this an extra charge? She said yes and it will be great! He said no and the gal was pissed at him. He then had a 90 minute massage with a therapist that wouldn't stop asking him questions, but she gave a decent massage. Then they made him sit down in a "sales room" and they proceeded to not take no for an answer. He told them 4 times he didn't want to book or sign up for the monthly service. He finally got up and left the room paid and left. When I heard this I called the location asked for the manager and told her the situation. She told me that they have to inform guest how much it would cost to come back. I specifically asked her if my husband said no 4 times and she said yes but we need to inform him. I said we would never be back to that location. She said that's your choice. I go the the one in Palm Beach Gardens and they would never do that! Super disappointed to get that service.

RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF INCLUDING MANAGERI made an appointment online for an hour and half massage for 11:30am, showed up about 15 minutes early as the website suggests, the only thing the front desk stated when I walked up to the counter was "you're early", no hello, welcome, nothing...so I had no problem sitting in chair putting on my earbuds and listening to meditation until massage therapist arrived. Around 11:28am I asked her did she know when the therapist would be there, she states, "I don't know, shes on her break", I stood at the door comtemplating leaving and she literally said to me, "do you want me to cancel it?' I started to get an uneasy feeling as this was not getting off to a good start and Im sure they would have made me leave at 1pm on the dot. I said yes, please cancel and left. An hour later there was 105.00 charge on my card, I called and said, "you never told me that", she said, "we have a same day cancellation policy". I don't think ive ever been more angry and offended at a business practice in my life, as not only was I there to DECREASE stress in my life and from death of friend, they absolutely refused to refund my money and still in dispute.Look them up people, they have insanely bad BBB practices for over-charging, (STEALING FROM YOU) and sexual assault. MULTIPLE CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. So this massage envy was ok until 6 months ago. They have canceled appointments on me 3 times in a row. I have had a membership there for years and now I'm ready to cancel it. They lie about your monthly massage/facial you are supposed to get. You're supposed to get one with your membership every month but they steal your money. There are several missing months of services and when I called the manager two months ago( I even went in person) no one got back to me. Finally I called Several times in one day when i was made aware the manager was there and she kept trying to avoid the situation by telling me she would call me back. Like they said she would 2 months ago. Then they are charging me for scheduling mistake they did and she offered a 15$ service for the 175$ they stole. Then told me it's my bad luck that they have canceled three of my appointments in a row. And the manager Krystal was very rude about the whole situation on the phone. Zero customer service. What about the months of missing services on the account? I asked for the cancellation papers twice now and still haven't received the email. You're basically letting them steal your money if you get a membership here.

Store has high turn over of managers and therapists. Multiple times gave me wrong information regarding how many prepaid packages I had. Only THEY have the visibility to it. TWICE I was told I had prepaid packages available by one employee, booked and had the massage and THEN AFTER MASSAGE, was called to PAY for it, because original employee "made a mistake". Several times was told therapist did "deep tissue" which I requested, only to find UPON MEETING the therapist about to provide the massage, that the therapist did NOT do deep tissue. Was told could give prepaid massages to wife, and then they demanded credit card to pay for it anyway, AFTER she had the massage. Member for ELEVEN YEARS at this store, cancelled membership and no one cares why! Sooo many complex rules to restrict you within membership, their own staff cannot keep them straight, different stories from different people at the front desk depending on which time you go......very hard to cancel membership. Ten dollar junk fee to transfer a PREPAID, to transfer prepaid to someone else...assuming they even get it right.
