“I purchased a large rainfall shower head from here over five years ago. I had no receipt, but went in to talk about my options, not expecting they were responsible for the problem or really expecting much compensation. I spoke with Sam, who looked up my purchase. Before I knew it, he had gone in back and came out with the replacement, sent me home with it and told me to return old one when I changed it out and had time to drop it off. When I did that I noticed the 18” chrome drop was corroded around the threads. Sam replaced that as well free of charge and without any hassle. His company went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. A first class company to say the least. Won’t be going anywhere else to purchase anything.”

“I have only ever gone here for the books. However they have an amazing selection of new and popular books in both hardback and paperback. And they are priced extremely well. You can walk out of there with 6-8 books for the price of 1 at its regular price.
It is kind of chaotic and once people start digging through the shelves it can be a tad disorganized so make sure you take the time to move stuff around and see what you find. I have not once walked out of there empty handed.”

“UPDATE: Randi (general manager) reached out to me and invited me back into the store so she could personally show/demo the machine I was interested in. She was extremely helpful and apologetic about my experience. She was very knowledgeable about the machine and walked me through everything from setting it up/how to make a coffee/and went through all the features with me. I definitely appreciated her call and her assistance and the fact that she righted a wrong.
Only reason this has 1 star is so I can write a review. Arrived to the store with full intentions of buying a delonghi espresso machine that is exclusive to Williams Sonoma (around $1,200). They had it on display for demo, but you had to have an Associate assist. I walked up to the counter with my husband and we waited. The two ladies working the registers were checking customers out, but we weren’t acknowledged at all - not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Once the customers left, which was about 10 minutes later, we finally got someone’s attention and asked if they could assist us with the machine. She told us she didn’t know how to use it, but the other associate could. The other associate told us to wait 5 minutes while she finished gift wrapping something for a customer. No problem - however 10-15 minutes went by and she still never came around. The original associate noticed we were still waiting and blamed it on the fact there were only two of them working. We asked if she could plug it in as it seemed straight forward and we could probably figure it out (honestly I just wanted to see the user interface). She told us that they don’t let the customers use the machines because “you know.” After waiting in the store for 30 minutes and getting that as an answer we decided to leave and will not be purchasing the machine from them. Looks like someone else will be getting our money and I won’t be back.”

“Wide variety of the most common used plumbing parts to assemble stuff both in rough and final phases. Bring your wallet though especially if you're unfortunate self does not have an account. Even if you do have an account they're 20% more than other vendors It's just corporate . They offer delivery on most orders over a certain dollar amount, Don't expect to get one piece of pipe delivered . If you're trying to buy Plumbing tools avoid the Raptor brand. Dollar for dollar it's uncomparable to Pasco and other manufacturers of identical better made products.”
