Super unprofessional, super unprepared had to use my extension cord and didn’t have a hose long enough. A very basic wash and vacuum for $100. There’s still soap marks on the outside of my car the interior is just as dirty as it was when before he started. Basically a total rip off. Very disappointed.

Rob Idol of Gold Medal Mobile Auto Detail was referred to me from a trusted, mutual friend. He promised to fully detail my car, inside and out, specifically all interior upholstery shampooed. After he left, I noticed that he did not fully detail the inside. He did not do any doors, cup holders, or compartments. He missed wiping down areas in the trunk. I texted him and explained I wanted him to come back and finish the work; he said he was busy for three days and would call me to arrange when to come back. After I heard nothing from him after three days. I sent him another text with pictures of the missed cleaning areas. It has been another two days and he has been ignoring me. I definitely feel like I got scammed!Update: After I posted this as a review to his company FB page, he took down the review section so no one can see it. He also blocked me on FB and FB Messenger. I suppose he won’t take the opportunity to make this right.

If I could give this guy no stars it would still be too many! I wouldn't let this guy touch my bicycle let alone my car! His idea of a detail wash and wax is using a liquid wash that supposedly already has wax in it! When he was done my windows still had smudges and my truck looked like it was barely washed, NOT waxed! Oh, and he arrived in his worker's car with a bucket, a couple of rags and a bottle of cleaner, but charged for a full professional detail wash and hand wax!! This guy's a joke!!

I had a paint can fall off a truck in front of me and decorate my car on the I95. The team did an amazing job of getting the paint off and cleaning the interior of my car. Will use them in the future for sure. Thanks!

Rob has detailed my 1998 camaro several times since I bought it in 2014. He always does a great job. Recently I had some paint work done on the car & the other day I drove the camaro to go volunteer at a local animal rescue & when I was finished I went out to the car realized the a bird pooped on it. Needless to say I was not happy. When I got home I used my detailing supplies to remove the majority of the p**** After I did their was a stain in the paint, so I called Rob to have him detail my camaro. I showed him the stain & he told me that he didn't think he would be able to remove it 100%. Rob got to work on my car & called me about an hour later, I went outside to look @ the car he told me that HE WAS able to remove the p*** stain & the car looked great! For anyone the doesn't know, bird p*** has acid in it & will etch automotive paint. Rob is very professional & takes pride in his work. My only complaint really is I wish he would take credit cards, every time I call him I have to run to the ATM & withdraw $100 for his fee & a tip & maybe a few bucks pocket money.

I will never use him again. I made an appointment and he texted to let me know that he would have to reschedule which is fine, then he came to my place of work and it rained he could have rescheduled and that would have been fine as well but instead he used the rain as an excuse to do a terrible job. I do not understand how he could have possibly waxed my truck with the amount of dirt that was still all over it. He didn't touch the rims at. As for the interior there was still sand everywhere which is why I called him to clean my car in the first place. Honestly it looks like he took a hose to the outside, and a vacuum as far as he could reach on the inside and that's it. If I wanted a $5.00 car wash I would have gone through the drive through and if I wanted his harassing text messages about how I neglected my car and that is why he didn't do a good job I would have NEVER asked him to come in the first place. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommenced him to anybody.
