I called twice tonight to ensure that they had a speciality beer. The first time I called to check on the beer and the second time I called to let them know I was on the way and running behind but also verified the address. The lady who answered seemed very polite and professional and said she would save the last one for me. I arrived at 8:30pm and there was a sign on the door : "closed early due to weather." So I double checked my weather app at 8:30pm and could not find any weather. Also, we did not have any weather on the drive except some very light sprinkling. I am so very puzzled because I thought I had a great customer service experience until . . . The store closed 30 minutes early (or more) on a Saturday night. I called 6 different places to find this speciality porter beer for a family member's gift. ?

I don't know why I go here. It's conveniently located and I'm not all that worried about price. I can't stand the attitude from staff, is he the owner? Not sure but always a j*** as if I'm an inconvenience and he's doing me a favor, not an isolated experience.
