This was the worst experience. Staff rude and condescending as well as just down right nasty to customers. Systems were broken so therefore they could not assist me but I just couldn’t believe how rude the staff was. Fire them all and start over lol.

They are very busy and usually understaffed but individually the employees here are very patient and helpful, all things considered. Want to give a special shout out to Ricardo for patiently helping me print something with a line of people waiting for him when he got back to the desk. We need more people in the world like Ricardo. A patient, intelligent and future boss! Don’t change man.

Had a great experience with a friendly and helpful sales associate who made a fairly complex shipping procedure quick and easy. One of the better locations I have been to.

Wow just drop my return packages had the privilege of being help by young man named Ricardo. I am very impressed with his professionalism attention, and he was fast very nice young man. I love to see that thank you Ricardo.

came into mail some packages and have a small job printed. all employees were friendly and attentive, even while I was waiting. At times they were very busy, but maintained attitude and made sure everyone was helped. Sylvester took care of my printing job while I waited. I will definitely be coming back for any of my fedex needs.

If I could give them 1 star, I would. They are a shipping store and refused to ship a package because there was “too much room in the box.” I ship with Amazon, UPS, and the post office and have never had an issue shipping a simple package with a pre paid label. They wanted to charge $18 for packing peanuts. Worst customer service. I took the exact same package and dropped it off at Walgreens Fed ex drop off, they accepted and shipped it no problem.

Horrendous customer service. Condescending, unhelpful, rude. I am tempted to write FedEx territory leaders and publish an expose on how abusive the staff is towards customers. Just a single example: a woman on holiday had a package delivered to her vacation rental. She was not present for delivery so needed to pick it up. When she came with the pick up slip, the FedEx supervisor would not release the package to her, DESPITE showing receipt, showing tracking info in her email, delivery info on the app, and showing her drivers license name that matched the name on the package. The FedEx supervisor said they will only release if they license address matches the package. What in the heck kind of company policy is this? It's not. And it's unhelpful. They taunted the woman by waving the package around and telling her she's not getting it. Really horrible to watch.

I have clearly had a different experience than the others who have posted reviews. Even during the understaffing issues due to the pandemic, they were still competent and easy to work with. They do well with packing up parcels, which I have them do often.

Very rude employee on 12/16 @ 0900. Did not want to help people and I saw her scoff at several customers just asking normal questions.Then I asked if I could make sure my package arrives before Christmas by paying for overnight and she said that it’d be a waste of everyone’s time and nothing is guaranteed. I just kept my normal shipping.

I love this place for shipping! Shipping things is actually one of my least favorite things to do, but my experience here has been not only painless but actually quite pleasant. The staff (I was waited on by Sylvester both times I was here) was extremely helpful, courteous, and worked through the process efficiently but also patiently. I seriously won't go anywhere else in the future.

Tried to drop off a prepaid package and they rejected it. Said I have to take it to west palm. UPS is crushing you in business right now, and it’s clear you guys do not have it together. UPS has never rejected a package at ANY location EVER for ANY reason. Good luck guys.
